Belleville blotter: Parked cars hit by burglars across town

— The following report appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

MONDAY

6:02 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - 9900 block of Olympia. The victim reported a window was broken out and his vehicle was rummaged through.

6:37 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - First block of N. 82nd Street. The victim reported the driver's window was broken out and his vehicle was ransacked.

7:38 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - First block of Granvue. The victim reported entry was forced to her vehicle and the vehicle was ransacked.

9:04 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - First block of N. 98th Street. The victim reported his driver's side window was damaged to gain entry to his vehicle.

9:20 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - First block of Glenview. The victim reported the driver's side window was broken out of her vehicle and property was stolen.

10:14 a.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - 200 block of E. Main Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

5:22 p.m. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE - First block of N. Douglas Street. The victim reported her unsecured vehicle was entered and property was stolen.
