The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

SATURDAY, JUNE 1

1:52 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of South 14th Street. The victim reported a former tenant/suspect stole property. The victim signed a non traffic citation for theft.

3:23 p.m. Theft -- Memorial Convalescent Center, 5315 Memorial Drive. The victim reported property was stolen.

4:40 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- YMCA, 200 S. Illinois. The victim reported a window was broken out on her vehicle and property was stolen.

4:41 p.m. Telephone harassment -- Faith Baptist Church, 405 E. Main St. The victim reported receiving a threatening phone call.

6:08 p.m. Recovered stolen vehicle -- 4200 block of West Main Street. Officers located a white Ford cargo box truck abandoned in the roadway. The truck had been reported stolen out of Missouri on June 1.

9:09 p.m. Retail theft -- Circle K, 2800 W. Main St. An employee reported a man stole merchandise from the business.

11:28 p.m. Violation of stalking, no contact order -- 600 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported the suspect contacted her via text message, violating an active stalking/no contact order. The victim signed a non traffic citation for the violation.

SUNDAY, JUNE 2

12:23 a.m. Recovered stolen vehicle -- 300 block Clearview. A red Dodge Caravan was located abandoned. The vehicle was reported stolen to Belleville police department on May 31 from the 6000 block of West Washington.

3:40 a.m. Retail theft -- Circle K, 10 South Belt West. An employee reported a customer/suspect stole merchandise. The suspect was located, arrested and taken into custody.

8:07 a.m. Theft -- 800 block of Wabash. The victim reported property had been stolen from his yard.

2:40 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of East Van Buren. The victim reported his juvenile son damaged the windshield of his vehicle.

2:44 p.m. Traffic accident, possession of a controlled substance -- Green Mount Road at Carlyle Avenue. The driver/suspect of a vehicle involved in an accident was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody.

9:30 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of Tupelo. The victim reported a group of juveniles egged his residence. The juveniles were identified and their parents contacted.

10:09 p.m. Suspicious Internet activity -- 1500 block of Westhampton. The reporting party discovered a suspicious chat session on his juvenile daughter's Facebook page in which a subject requested his daughter to contact him via cellphone.

11 p.m. Criminal damage to vehicle -- 500 block of Union. The victim reported his driver's side window on his vehicle was broken out.

11:51 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 100 block of Springdale. The victim reported her 1998 Chrysler Cirrus was stolen. The vehicle had been recovered in the 600 block of North 40th Street in East St. Louis on June 2.

MONDAY, JUNE 3

12:52 a.m. Suspicious person, obstructing identification, possession of drug paraphernalia -- Arnold Field, 500 block of South 18th Street. Michael Sullivan, 31, was arrested for obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JUNE 11

Darryl A. Cathion Jr., 27, 513 N. Kenneth Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Jan, 8, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Cathion allegedly carried in a vehicle a .44-caliber handgun and a .38-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Antoine D. Johnson, 22, of 518 N. 36th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Jan. 8 by Illinois State Police. Johnson allegedly carried in a vehicle a .44-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Bradley E. Haney, 19, of 301 Coal St., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempted to elude a police officer on or about June 5 by Caseyville police. Haney allegedly, a person who was the driver of a gray 2004 Dodge Dakota, and who was not entitled to the possession of that vehicle and who knew that the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer who had signaled said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop; was given a visual signal by a police officer, Gerard Spratt, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said gray 2004 Dodge Dakota to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit and disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

John J. Falkner, 45, of 3076 Brandt Ave., arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 10 by Dupo police. Falkner allegedly made physical contact with Doug Keys, in that he kicked Doug Keys with his foot knowing Doug Keys to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Derrick L. Branch, 27, of 2 Yorkshire Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about June 11 by Belleville police. Branch allegedly made physical contact with Victoria G. Payton, a family/household member, in that Derrick Branch grabbed Victoria G. Payton around her neck; and struck her in the face with his hands. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Feb. 23, 2012.

David A. Wright, 54, of 228 Lucinda Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about April 18, 2012 by O'Fallon police. Wright allegedly took merchandise from Home Depot, 1706 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being socket sets, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Jan. 11, 1999.

Grayland A. Miner Jr., 26, of 141 N. 44th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 9 by Cahokia police. Miner allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being infant formula, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Oct. 29, 2004.

Kevin K. George, 31, of 219 19th St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about June 10 by O'Fallon police. George allegedly took property from Ace hardware, 600 Southview, O'Fallon, being pallets, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Feb. 17, 2010.

Brian W. Haukapp, 27, of 469 Winchester Place, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of domestic battery and resisting a peace officer on or about June 11 by Fairview Heights police. Haukapp allegedly made physical contact with Gina M. Mathis, a family/household member, in that he applied pressure to the neck of the victim with his forearm, thereby impeding air flow, pushed her to the ground, kicked her in the abdomen with his foot; knowingly obstructed the performance of Brain Schrieber of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the investigation of Brian W. Haukapp, knowing Brian Schrieber to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to allow himself to be photographed and inspected for injuries in reference to a domestic battery case.

Kameron M. Lederer, 25, of 2614 Kansas Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and reckless homicide by Fairmont City police. Lederer on March 18 allegedly drove a 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix on Illinois 3 in Fairmont City, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation, was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the death of Kristen Treat, and said violation was a proximate cause of the death of Kristen Treat; while under the influence of alcohol and while acting in a reckless manner, performed acts likely to cause the death or bodily harm to some individual in that he operated a motor vehicle, a 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix, in a southerly direction and along and upon Illinois 3 in Fairmont City, and drove the car into a bridge support column, thereby causing the death of Kristen Treat.

Sherry D. Seets, 45, of 34184 Catfish Court, Brighton, arrested on suspicion of theft between March 1 and April 15, 2011 by O'Fallon police. Seets allegedly exerted control over property of Cecil Management Group Inc., being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $10,000 but not in excess of $100,000. Said offenses constituting a series of acts performed at different times in furtherance of a single intention and design.

Kevin M. Johnson, 22, of 817 E. Washington, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of violated order of protection on or about June 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection, in that said defendant remained at a residence inhabited by Freda McGee, a protected party. Defendant had previously convicted of domestic battery subsequent on May 30.

Floyd D. Epps Jr., 25, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Adam M. Cass, 27, of Granite City, warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.

Kathleen Y. Buckley, 49, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Paris M. Traylor, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mark W. Blissenbach, 36, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael A. Mosley, 55, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tracy J. Dennis, 43, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lawrence A. Quinn, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by East St. Louis police.

Michael R. Boyd, 26, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by East St. Louis police.

Devournee D. Scott, 19, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Monterrion A. McKinney, 24, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Geremy J. Spencer, 26, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jasmine R. Armstrong, 22, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jamie Q. Frazier, 23, of Jennings, Mo., arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Amelia A. Boyd, 53, of Detroit, Mich., arrested on suspicion of prostitution by St. Clair County sheriff.

Clifford D. Cattles, 33, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by St. Clair County sheriff.

Maylon M. Hardy, 26, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Erica T. Hogan, 33, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Grayland Miner, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Cahokia police.

Brian W. Haukapp, 27, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Devese M. Ursery, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

Randy L. Ingram, 31, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and two traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kevin A. McVay, 55, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Delawrence D. Foggy, 25, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Latanya S. Walker, 28, of Madison, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lauren N. Whitfield, 22, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Sherman C. Phillips, 33, of Creve Coeur, Mo., warrant arrest by Belleville police.
