ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JUNE 17

Kenzie A. Allen, 53, of 327 N. 40th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated arson on or about June 14 by Belleville police. Allen allegedly, while committing an arson, knowingly partially damaged a building of Michael Harris, being a residence located at 327 N. 40th St., Belleville, knowing that one or more persons was present therein.

Dyami A. Crenshaw, 35, of 1836 Cleveland Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about June 16 by East St. Louis police. Crenshaw allegedly possessed on his person a .44-caliber handgun and had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on March 22, 1999.

Vernon E. Lowery, 46, of 1134 St. Rose Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 16 by Cahokia police. Lowery allegedly took merchandise from Walmarrt, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being hats and a shirt, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft, subsequent on July 29, 1999.

Jarmon L. Jackson, 30, of 804 S. 46th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 15 by Cahokia police. Jackson allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being infant formula, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of robbery on April 29, 2004.

Antione L. Hawkins, 29, of 1600 Belmont Ave., Apt. 1, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is suspended on or about June 17 by Cahokia police. Hawkins allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a blue 1997 Chevrolet 1500, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Gary Craig, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle that displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights, which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the said defendant to bring said blue 1997 Chevrolet 1500 to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, said defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit and disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being a stop sign and a stop light; drove a blue 1997 Chevrolet 1500 on Camp Jackson Road in Cahokia, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

Corey A. Rogers, 34, 5625 Old Collinsville Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about June 16 by Fairview Heights police. Rogers allegedly made physical contact with Alicia Mosley, a family/household member, in that he placed her in a head lock and applied pressure; pushed her to the floor; and pushed her head into the floor. Defendant had been previously convicted of violation of an order of protection on July 31.

Gilardi C. Burns, 43, of 9611 Richfield Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about June 17 by Fairview Heights police. Burns allegedly, a person who had been convicted of a felony under the law, knowingly possessed in his residence a Remington 870 Express shotgun and a Benelli 12-gauge shotgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of making false application or affidavit on March 20, 1996.

Timothy J. Reed, 20, of 610 W. Adams St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about June 15 by Belleville police. Reed allegedly carried in a vehicle a .38-caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Marcus R. Stewart, 30, of 2525 Douglas St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 12, 2011, by Illinois State Police. Stewart allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Gavin M. Blaylock, 19, of 7327 Stonewold Ridge Court, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about May 15 by Caseyville police. Blaylock allegedly had in his possession less than .1 gram of a substance containing Alprazolam.

Joseph A. Grass III, 51, of 500 W. Adams St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about June 18 by Belleville police. Grass allegedly drove a white 1990 Honda Accord on West Main Street in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Jan. 23.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

Dustin C. Diser, 18, of 51 Acordi Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery and unlawful possession of cannabis on or about June 17 by Caseyville police. Diser allegedly, while indicating by his actions that he had a firearm, knowingly took property, being $500 U.S. currency, from the person of Chase Tindall, by threatening the imminent use of force; and knowingly had in his possession more than 2.5 grams, but not more than 10 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Liberty D. Roth, 25, of 503 Pleasant Ridge Road, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, criminal trespass to a residence, aggravated driving under the influence and endangering the life of a child on or about June 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Roth allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact of a provoking nature with James Florence, a person over the age of 60 years in that she struck Florence about the head with her hands; knowingly and without authority entered the residence of Florence, located at 330 Scout Drive, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence; drove a black 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier on Scout Drive in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and transporting a person under the age of 16, being a male minor child. Defendant had previously committed the offense of driving under the influence on May 11; willfully caused the life of a male minor, to be endangered in that said defendant drove a black 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier on Scout Drive in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, the male minor was a passenger in the vehicle.

Nicholas B. Blumberg, 29, of 6 Kinney Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about June 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Blumberg allegedly had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing materials, being lye, lithium batteries, and Liquid Fire, with the intent that the lye, lithium batteries and Liquid Fire be used to manufacture methamphetamine; knowingly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Joshua A. Baker, 27, 119 W. Pine, Unit 21, Central Point, Ore., arrested on suspicion of attempted escape, on or about June 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Baker allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of escape, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that ofense, in that Baker, having been convicted of the offenses of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felony offenses, intentionally tried to escape from the St. Clair County Jail located at 700 N. Fifth St., Belleville, a penal institution, in that he made a hole in the ceiling of Cell 19 of the St. Clair County Jail.

Daniel L. Brown, 34, of 8709 Park Crestwood Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of attempted escape on or about June 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brown allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of escape, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that Brown, having been charged with the offenses of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, felony offenses, intentionally tried to escape from the St. Clair County Jail located at 700 N. Fifth St., Belleville, a penal institution, in that he made a hole in the ceiling of Cell 19 of the St. Clair County Jail.

Devin Warren, 19, of 133 Thomas Terry, Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of attempted escape on or about June 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Warren allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of escape, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offence, in that Warren, having been convicted of the offenses of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felony offenses, intentionally tried to escape from the St. Clair County Jail located at 700 N. Fifth St., Belleville, a penal institution, in that he made a hole in the ceiling of Cell 19 of the St. Clair County jail.

Deangelo M. Wiley, 19, of 608 Moorehouse Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of attempted escape on or about June 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wiley allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of escape, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that Wiley, having been convicted of the offenses of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felony offenses, intentionally tried to escape from the St. Clair County Jail located at 700 N. Fifth St., Belleville, a penal institution, in that he made a hole in the ceiling of Cell 19 of the St. Clair County Jail.
