The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

7:09 a.m. Theft over $500 --100 block of South 35th Street. The victim reported an air conditioning unit was stolen.

9:33 a.m. Retail theft -- Pet Smart, 5801 Belleville Crossing. The manager reported merchandise had been stolen during the last month.

10:33 a.m. Burglary to residence, motor vehicle theft -- 1100 block of Freeburg Avenue. The reporting party stated the residence appears to have been ransacked and the victim's 1985 Ford Escort is missing.

3:16 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 100 block of East Monroe. The victim reported his 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis was stolen.

3:20 p.m. Arson investigation -- First block of South 14th Street. The management company reported a fire in the kitchen area that caused damage to the residence.

4:36 p.m. Aggravated arson --300 block of North 40th Street. The suspect was arrested for aggravated arson and taken into custody.

5:29 p.m. Domestic battery -- 400 block of West Van Buren. The victim reported the suspect allegedly battered her.

6:40 p.m. Theft -- 300 block of Lucinda. The victim reported the key to his vehicle was stolen.

6:57 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Circle K. 2800 W. Main St. The victim reported the suspect cursed at him and made racially charged comments before throwing a soda on his vehicle.

7:02 p.m. Threats -- Veteran's Clinic, 6500 W. Main St. The victim reported the suspect made threats towards the staff.

8:13 p.m. Criminal damage to property, improper supervision of children -- First block of Scarlet. Three juveniles were taken into custody for criminal damage to property. Their respective parents were issued non traffic citations for improper supervision of children.

10:30 p.m. Unlawful use of debit card -- Scott Credit Union, 648 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported her debit card was used multiple times without her authorization.

10:46 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 4300 block of West Main Street. Donald Anthony, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, JUNE 15

3:04 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis -- South 74th Street at Foley. Three occupants were arrested for ossession of a controlled substance and cannabis and taken into custody.

8:11 a.m. Theft -- Midwest Auto Pro, 4407 N. Belt West. The victim reported his black 2006 Mule Tuf utility trailer was stolen.

1:02 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Store security reported two subjects stole merchandise.

7:22 p.m. Traffic stop, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, no FOID Card, possession of cannabis -- Shadow Ridge at Illinois Roue 161. The occupants were arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, no FOID Card and possessio of cannabis. Both subjects were taken into custody.

10:23 p.m. Theft -- First block of North 11th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence. The victim signed non traffic citations against two suspects.

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

3:14 a.m. Disturbance, disorderly conduct --1500 block of Lebanon Ae. April Pickard, 38, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

9:22 a.m. Theft, criminal damage to property -- 4200 block of Oak Lane. The victims reported the suspect damaged property of one victim and stole property of another. The victims signed non traffic citations against the suspect.

2:45 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported a window was broken out of her 2004 Honda and property was stolen.

3:07 p.m. Burglary to residence -- First block of South 75th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his residence.

4:11 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of Lake Forest. The victim reported a window was broken out of her 2009 Mini Cooper and the vehicle was entered.

11:36 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 600 block of Carlyle Avenue. Thomas Alston, 33, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

MONDAY, JUNE 17

1:48 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of North 35th Street. Jerrell Hall, 21, was arrested for criminal damage to property and taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

thursDAY, JUNE 20

Julie M. Pusa-Fessel, 38, of 2116 W. A St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of forgery and theft onor about Sept. 18 by Fairview Heights police. Pusa-Fessel allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Missouri Payday Loans, a business, located at 815 Lincoln Highway, Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Kile Gundlach, being a loan application, requesting a loan in the amount of $750, payable to Kyle Gundlach and signed as drawer, knowing the document to have been thus made; knowingly took control over property of Missouri Payday Loan, 815 Lincoln Highway, Fairview Heights, total value in excess of $500.

Donna L. Douglas, 44, of 3049 Waverly St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer on or about June 19 by Fairview Heights police. Douglas allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly resisted the performance of Todd Huskey of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Donna Douglas, knowing Todd Huskey to be a peace officer enaged in the execution of his official duties, in that she refused to be handcuffed.

Demarcus M. Lowery, 24, of 2900 Camp Jackson, Apt. 19, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of home invasion, unlawful restraint and domestic battery on or about June 18 by East St. Louis police. Lowery allegedly entered the dwelling of Whitney Wilson, located at 450 N. 6th St., Apt. 31, East St. Louis, through a window, knowing Whitney Wilson to be present within that dwelling place and intentionally caused injury to Whitney Wilson in that said defendant struck her about the head and body with his hands and feet; grabbed her by the hair and dragged her inside the residence when she attempted to leave; knowingly made physical contact with Whitney A. Wilson, a family/household member, in that he struck her about the head and body with his hands and feet.

Quan F. Vaughn, 40, of 8000 State St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about June 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Vaughn allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Richard H. Van Scoyk, 53, of St. Charles, Mo., arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and two traffic violations.

Mihia L. Henderson, 32, of Florissant, Mo., multiple warrant by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert R. Blackmon, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tameaka S. Wilson, 27, of East St. Lous, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Clover G. McKinney, 43, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Shawn M. Kennedy, 32, of Granite City, multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Nathaniel D. Williams, 33, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no registration and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.
