The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, JUNE 17

5:28 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 600 block of Wabash. The victim reported a window on her vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

6:17 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 800 block of East B Street. The victim reported her vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:35 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 200 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

1:54 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

3:15 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 400 block of Portland Ave. The victim reported a window was broken out on her vehicle and property was stolen.

3:50 p.m. Retail theft --Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Two juveniles were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

3:42 p.m. Residential burglary --100 block of Glenview Drive. The victims reported returning home and discovering their residence had been ransacked. The victim later reported a handgun was stolen from the residence.

4:59 p.m. Residential burglary -- 400 block of South 22nd Street. The victim reported forced entry to her residence and property was stolen.

7:36 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Jessika E. Howell, 20, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

8:22 p.m. Attempted burglary, criminal damage to property -- 1300 block of State Street. A witness reported observing three suspects attempting to gain entry to a residence. The suspects fled when they saw the witness.

8:36 p.m. Residential burglary --300 block of South 19th Street. A witness reported observing one suspect at the front door of the residence. The suspect fled when he saw the witness. A second suspect then ran out the front door.

9:29 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Memorial Metro Link station, 1502 Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported forced entry to her vehicle and property was stolen.

11:34 p.m. Interrupted burglary to vehicle -- First block of North Michigan Avenue. A witness reported observing a suspect near the victim's vehicle. As he approached the suspect fled the area.

11:44 p.m. Suspicious subject, drunkenness -- 300 block of North 4th Street. James G. Elliott, 28, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

1:27 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Egyptian Stationary Warehouse, 115 N. Illinois St. An employee reported a broken window to the warehouse.

1:43 a.m. Traffic stop, driving while revoked -- 1200 block of West Main Street. Joseph A. Grass III, 51, was arrested for driving on a revoked driver's license and taken into custody.

1:54 a.m. Arson -- 600 block of North Illinois Street. After extinguishing a fire, fire personnel determined the fire was started in three different locations.

6:37 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 2400 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported the window of her car was broken out and property was stolen.

7:14 a.m. Attempted retail theft -- Home Depot, 5501 Belleville Crossing. The store manager reported a black male attempted to steal merchandise. When approached the subject fled the area.

1:19 p.m. Residential burglary -- 700 block of Fort Henry. The victim reported forced entry to his garage and property stolen.

3:27 p.m. Illegal dumping -- First block of Gettysburg. The victim reported property was dumped into his dumpster without his permission. The officer located the suspect Roscoe Whitefield at his residence and he was issued a non traffic citation.

5:01 p.m. Residential burglary -- 100 block of South 35th Street. The victim reported entry was gained, possibly through an unlocked window, and property was stolen.

5:53 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:08 p.m. Domestic battery, fugitive arrest -- 500 block of East McKinley Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County. The suspect was taken into custody.

7:25 p.m. Theft --500 block of Southgate Drive. The reporting party stated a central air conditioning unit was stolen.

9:23 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- 800 block of Wabash Avenue. Jasmine M. Jackson, 18, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County and taken into custody.

11:19 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- North 17th Street and West H Street. Brianna J. Harold, 21, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County and taken into custody.

11:40 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of Juniper Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:56 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Spruce Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

6:19 a.m. Burglary to business --Skyview Drive-In, 5700 N. Belt West. Unknown suspect(s) forced their way in the side door of the building and damaged the cash register.

10:25 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 900 block of South Charles. The victim reported the front door was pried open and property was stolen from the residence.

4:01 p.m. Suspicious activity -- 400 block of North 5th Street. The reporting party stated two white males were on the side of her residence wearing green shirts and work hats. They informed her they were working for Ameren. The reporting party called Ameren and was told Ameren had no workers in the area.

4:25 p.m. Theft -- 1000 block of South 5th Street. The victim reported an air conditioning unit, water heater and furnace were stolen from the residence.

10:50 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Lillian. The reporting party stated entry was forced to the victim's residence and property was stolen.

11:25 p.m. Battery --300 block of North 2nd Street. Aaron Lewis, 45, was arrested for battery and taken into custody.

11:32 p.m. Residential burglary --4800 block of Bier. A witness reported observing two black males running from the residence carrying property. It was discovered entry was forced through the rear of the residence.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

12:44 a.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 1700 block of Foster. The victim reported several screens were pushed up on the windows to her residence in a possible attempt to gain entry.

8:02 a.m. Criminal damage to vehicle --Q Cleaners, 1920 Lebanon Ave. A victim reported a 2000 Dodge van had the windows broken out while parked on the business parking lot.

1:25 p.m. Burglary to trailer -- Storage lot, 8923 Old St. Louis Road. The victims reported an unlocked trailer was entered and property stolen.

7:04 p.m. Harassment by phone -- 100 block of North High Street. Anthony W. Barnett, 28, was arrested for harassment by phone and taken into custody.

9:16 p.m. Traffic stop, fleeing, attempting to elude -- East Main Street at Delaware. Kent Young Jr., 24, was arrested for fleeing or eluding police along with several other traffic citations. Young was taken into custody.

9:58 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 7100 block of Old St. Louis Road. Jeremy Gully, 24, was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Gully was taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

Steven W. Hundley, 46, of 623 E. Main St., 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal sexual assault by force on or about June 15 by Belleville police. Hundley allegedly, committed an act of sexual assault by the use of force.

Phyllis D. White, 36, of 1414 Central Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a child on or about May 2 by East St. Louis police. White allegedly caused bodily harm to a child under the age of 13 years, in that she struck him about the body with a stick.

Carvell L. Taylor, 40, of 2703 Keokuk St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 20 by O'Fallon police. Taylor allegedly took merchandise from Wal-Mart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being clothing, liquor and Wal-Mart bags. total retail value in excess of $300.

William S. Glover, 52, of 1022 S. Church St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a person 60 or older and driving on a revoked license by Belleville police. Glover allegedly made physical contact with Marie Burdell, a person over the age of 60 years, in that said defendant struck her face with his hand; drove a red 1996 Mercury Cougar on South Belt West in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked.

Charles R. McIntosh, 52, of 5352 Janet, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 20 by Fairview Heights police. McIntosh allegedly took merchandise from Hollister, 226 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being cologne, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on April 21, 2009.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

Chiquita R. Humphrey, 25, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Percy T. Thompson, 38, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Raymond L. Jones, 39, of Inkster, Mich., arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Adrianna M. Harper, 21, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Johnisha L. Banks-Fair, 20, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Randall D. Indermark, 50, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Caseyville police.

Joseph C. Guyton, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Amy E. Wendler, 27, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Caseyville police.

Lawanda L. McDaniel, 30, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Latoya K. Miller, 30, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Anthony W. Barnett, 28, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of harassment by telephone by Belleville police.

Hussein A. Musa, 21, of Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with suspended or revoked driver's license and driver and passenger seat belt violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
