The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

Chad A. Eisele, 38, of 747 S. Belt West, Rm. 16, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 22 by Belleville police. Eisele allegedly caused bodily harm to Traci Eisele, a family/household member, in that he struck Traci Eisele in the fact with his fist. Defendant had previously been convicted to domestic battery on June 14.

Keyarius M. Brown, 26, of 801 N. 23rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on or about June 22 by Belleville police. Brown allegedly, without authority, entered a 1994 Chevrolet K250 pickup, at Hoernis Auto Body, located at 207 S. 20th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; a person not entitled to possession of said vehicle, possessed a 1994 Chevrolet K2500 pickup, knowing it to have been stolen.

Michael S. Buss, 22, of 1012 LaSalle St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in a public place on or about June 22 by Fairview Heights police. Buss allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Todd Wente was at the parking lot of the Elks Lodge, located at 9480 Old Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, a public place of accommodation, knowingly caused bodily harm to Todd Wente, in that he bit him on the finger.

Johnnitta M. McCall, 30, of 820 LaSalle Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis on or about June 22 by St. Clair County sheriff. McCall allegedly had in his possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Xochitz Mauricio-Capiz, 35, of 10 Fay Villa Court, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence causing great bodily harm to another person and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol on or about June 22 by Freeburg police.

Jackie R. Collins, 46, of 4301 Walnut Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on or about June 23 by East St. Louis police. Collins allegedly caused great bodily harm to Tyisha Burch, a family/household member, in that the defendant struck Tyisha Burch in the head with an unknown object, causing a laceration that required stitches and slapped her about the body with his hand.

Russell E. Ennis, 50, of 13 Cloverlead Road, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about June 24 by Belleville police. Ennis allegedly drove a silver 1999 Honda CRV n Illinois Route 15 in Belleville while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While Intoxicated on March 2, 1994.

Sherman Jumper Jr., 37, of 505 8th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 24 by O'Fallon police. Jumper allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being razor blades, total retail value in excess of $300.

Comfort Heidelberg, 51, of 137 Amelia, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of failure to report change of address, subsequent between May 1 and June 24 by St. Clair County sheriff. Heidelberg, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

Gigi D. Brooks, 37, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Thaer M. Madani-Zahera, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, two traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ray A. Evans Jr., 18, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Cynthia E. Berry, 48, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marla Vaughn, 45, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dominique L. Prelow, 19, address unknown, arrested on suspicion of theft of $200 and criminal trespass to land by Centreville police.

Eilza M. Harrell, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by Centreville police.

Walter C. Boyd, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

James A. Young, 50, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael E. Kemper, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

Courtney D. Collins, 23, of Swansea, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Phyllis D. White, 36, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a child by East St. Louis police.

Demetrius D. Booker, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael E. Johnson, 42, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Maylon M. Hardy, 29, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jervon I. Felton, 24, of Granite city, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Sherman Jumper, 37, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by O'Fallon police.

Damon A. Cotton, 46, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Russell E. Ennis, 50, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Belleville police.

Terrill D. Mason, 23, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brian K. Hodges, 27, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
