Teens from four states are in Belleville for a week to help the West End Redevelopment Corp. in their efforts to spruce up west Belleville. The teens are here as part of Mission Camp 2013, which is coordinated by a church in Rockford. The young volunteers are from towns in northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa. The teens are doing painting and other exterior work to fix up the homes of some elderly residents and others. They have eight projects in total to work on during their week here.
