The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, JUNE 13

3:12 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Two subjects were arrested for retail theft. Both were taken into custody.

7:28 p.m. Mob action, battery, improper supervision of a child -- Skate Park, 709 N. 2nd St. Witnesses reported 15-20 juveniles arrived at the park trying to start fights. The victim reported being battered at the park. The juveniles fled on foot as officers arrived on scene. Four juveniles were apprehended and taken into custody. All four were released to their respective guardians, who were issued non traffic citations for improper supervision of a child.

10:03 p.m. Theft of mislaid property -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The victim reported he left his wallet at a checkout counter at the store. When he returned, the wallet could not be located.

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

3:15 a.m. Domestic battery -- 400 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

3:17 a.m. Retail theft -- CVS Pharmacy, 4609 W. Main St. The shift supervisor reported a black male stole merchandise.

7:09 a.m. Theft over $500 -- 100 block of South 35th Street. The victim reported an air conditioning unit was stolen.

9:33 a.m. Retail theft -- Pet Smart, 5801 Belleville Crossing. The manager reported merchandise had been stolen during the last monty.

10:33 a.m. Burglary to residence, motor vehicle theft -- 1100 block of Freeburg Avenue. The reporting party stated the residence appears to have been ransacked and the victim's 1985 Ford Escort is missing.

3:16 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 100 block of East Monroe. The victim reported his 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis was stolen.

3:20 p.m. Arson investigation --First block of South 14th Street. The management company reported a fire in the kitchen area that caused damage to the residence.

4:36 p.m. Aggravated arson -- 300 block of North 40th Street. The suspect was arrested for aggravated arson and taken into custody.

5:29 p.m. Domestic battery -- 400 block of West Van Buren. The victim reported the suspect allegedly battered her.

6:40 p.m. Theft -- 300 block of Lucinda. The victim reported the key to his vehicle was stolen.

6:57 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Circle K, 2800 W. Main St. The victim reported the suspect cursed at him and made racially charged comments before throwing a soda on his vehicle.

7:02 p.m. Threats -- Veteran's Clinic, 6500 W. Main St. The victim reported the suspect made threats towards the staff.

8:13 p.m. Criminal damage to property, improper supervision of children -- First block of Scarlet. Three juveniles were taken into custody for criminal damage to property. Their respective parents were issued non traffic citations for improper supervision of children.

10:46 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 4300 block of West Main Street. Donald Anthony, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, JUNE 15

3:04 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of controlled substance, possession of cannabis -- South 74th Street at Foley Drive. Three occupants were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and cannabis and taken into custody.

8:11 a.m. Theft -- Midwest Auto Pro, 4407 N. Belt West. The victim reported his black 2006 Mule Tuf utility trailer was stolen.

1:02 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Store security reported two subjects stole merchandise.

7:22 p.m. Traffic stop, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, no FOID Card, possession of cannabis -- Shadow Ridge at Illinois Route 161. The occupants were arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, no FOID card and possession of cannabis. Both subjects were taken into custody.

10:23 p.m. Theft -- First block of North 11th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence. The victim signed non traffic citations against two suspects.

10:30 p.m. Unlawful use of debit card -- Scott Credit Union, 648 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported her debit card was used multiple times without her authorization.

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

3:14 a.m. Disturbance, disorderly conduct -- 1500 block of Lebanon Ave. April Pickard, 38, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

9:22 a.m. Theft, criminal damage to property -- 4200 block of Oak Lane. The victims reported the suspect damaged property of one victim and stole property of another. The victims signed non traffic citations against the suspect.

2:45 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 500 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported a window was broken out ofher 2004 Honda and property was stolen.

3:07 p.m. Burglary to residence -- First block of South 75th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his residence.

4:11 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of Lake Forest. The victim reported a window was boken out of her 2009 Mini Cooper and the vehicle was entered.

11:36 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 600 block of Caryle Avenue. Thomas Alston, 33, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

MONDAY, JUNE 17

1:48 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of North 35th Street. Jerrell Hall, 21, was arrested for criminal damage to property and taken into custody.

5:28 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- The victim reported a window on her vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

6:17 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 800 block of East B Street. The victim reported her vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:35 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 200 block of South Charles Street.The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

1:54 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

3:15 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 400 block of Portland Avenue. The victim reported a window was broken out on her vehicle and property was stolen.

3:42 p.m. Residential burglary -- 100 block of Glenview Drive. The victims reported returning home and discovering their residence had been ransacked. The victim later reported a hand gun was stolen from the residence.

3:50 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Two juveniles were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

4:59 p.m. Residential burglary -- 400 block of South 22nd Street. The victim reported forced entry to her residence and property was stolen.

7:36 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Jessika E. Howell, 20, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

8:22 p.m. Attempted burglary, criminal damage to property -- 1300 block of State Street. A witness reported observing three suspects attempting to gain entry to a residence. The suspects fled when they saw the witness.

8:36 p.m. Residential burglary -- 300 block of South 19th Street. A witness reported observing one suspect at the front door of the residence. The suspect fled when he saw the witness. A second suspect then ran out the front door.

9:29 p.m. Burglary of vehicle -- Memorial Metro Link station, 1502 Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported forced entry to her vehicle and property was stolen.

11:34 p.m. Interrupted burglary to vehicle -- First block of North Michigan Avenue. A witness reported observing a suspect near the victim's vehicle. As he approached the suspect fled the area.

11:44 p.m. Suspicious subject, drunkenness -- 300 block of North 4th Street. James G. Elliott, 28, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

1:27 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Egyptian Stationary Warehouse, 115 N. Illinois St. An employee reported a broken window to the warehouse.

1:43 a.m. Traffic stop, driving while revoked -- 1200 block of West Main Street. Joseph A. Graaa III, 51, was arrested for driving on a revoked driver's licnese and taken into custody.

1:54 a.m. Arson -- 600 block of North Illinois Street. After extinguishing a fire, fire personnel determined the fire was started in three different locations.

6:37 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 2400 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported the window on her car was broken out and property was stolen.

7:14 a.m. Attempted retail theft -- Home Depot, 5501 Belleville Crossing. The store manager reported a black male attempted to steal merchandise. When approached the subject fled the area.

1:19 p.m. Residential burglary -- 700 block of Fort Henry. The victim reported forced entry to his garage and property stolen.

3:27 p.m. Illegal dumping -- First block of Gettysburg. The victim reported property was dumped into his dumpster without his permission. The officer located the suspect Roscoe Whitefield at his residence and he was issued a non traffic citation.

5:01 p.m. Residential burglary -- 100 block of South 35th Street. The victim reported entry was gained, possibly through an unlocked window, and property was stolen.

5:53 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:08 p.m. Domestic battery, fugitive arrest -- 500 block of East McKinley Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County. The suspect was taken into custody.

7:25 p.m. Theft -- 500 block of Southgate Drive. The reporting party stated a central air conditioning unit was stolen.

9:23 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- 800 block of Wabash Avenue. Jasmine M. Jackson, 18, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County and taken into custody.

11:19 p.m. Fugitive arest -- North 17th Street and West H Street. Brianna J. Harold, 21, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County and taken into custody.

11:40 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of Juniper Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:56 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Spruce Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

6:19 a.m. Burglary to business -- Skyview Drive-In, 5700 N. Belt West, Unknown suspect(s) forced their way in the side door of the building and damaged the cash register.

10:25 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 900 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported the front door was pried open and property was stolen from the residence.

4:01 p.m. Suspicious activity -- 400 block of North 5th Street. The reporting party stated two white males were on the side of her residence wearing green shirts and work hats. They informed her they were working for Ameren. The reporting party called Ameren and was told Ameren had no workers in the area.

4:25 p.m. Theft -- 1000 block of South 5th Street. The victim reported an air conditioning unit, water heater and furnace were stolen from the residence.

10:50 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Lillian. The reporting party stated entry was forced to the victim's residence and property was stolen.

11:25 p.m. Battery -- 300 block of North 2nd Street. Aaron Lewis, 45, was arrested for battery and taken into custody.

11:32 p.m. Residential burglary -- 4800 block of Bier. A witness reported observing two black males running from the residence carrying property. It was discovered entry was forced through the rear of the residence.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

12:44 a.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 1700 block of Foster. The victim reported several screens were pushed up on the windows to her residence in a possible attempted to gain entry.

8:02 a.m. Criminal damage to vehicle -- Q Cleaners, 1920 Lebanon Ave. The victim reported a 2000 Dodge van had the windows broken out while parked on the business parking lot.

1:25 p.m. Burglary to trailer -- Storage lot, 8923 Old St. Louis Road. The victims reported an unlocked trailer was entered and property was stolen.

7:04 p.m. Harassment by phone --100 block of North High Street. Anthony W. Barnett, 28, was arrested for harassment by phone and taken into custody.

9:16 p.m. Traffic stop, fleeing, attempting to elude -- East Main Street at Delaware. Kent Young Jr., 24, was arrested for fleeing or eluding police along with several other traffic citations. Young was taken into custody.

9:58 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 7100 block of Old St. Louis Road. Jeremy Gully, 24, was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalis. Gully was taken into custody.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

10:38 a.m. Theft -- 100 block of East Washington. The victim reported she left property unatende don a bench in front of the Belleville Public Library. When she returned her property was gone.

2:43 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- parking lot, 417 Cathedral Lane. The victim reported a window was broken out of her vehicle while it was parked on the parking lot.

6:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Crossing. Meagan T. Hazzard, 25, was arrested for reatil theft and taken into custody.

6:26 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 1700 block of Illinois Route 15. The victim reported being forced off the roadway by another vehicle at 3:03 p.m. The victim stated the driver of the other vehicle flipped her off and pointed his finger like a gun at them.

6:47 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- Terrace Motel, 747 S. Belt West. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

7:14 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- First block of Kingery Court. The suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:27 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Three Wood Drive. The victim reported the glass in her front storm door was broken out.

7:31 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 200 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported a window screen and frame were damaged in an attempt to gain entry to his residence. The victim suspects an acquaintance.

9:15 p.m. Burglary to shed -- 300 block of South 29th Street. The reporting party stated shw observed a subject enter the shed and take property.

10:35 p.m. Disorderly conduct, obstructing identification --Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Keshondra Crawford, 26, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing identification and an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County. Crawford was taken into custody.
