News-Democrat Finance Director Stacy Richardson also is now in charge of the newspaper's building and maintenance responsibilities. John Grove has been named Vice President of Audience and Operations at the News-Democrat. Jeanne Newton stepped down as News-Democrat Vice President of Human Resources/Marketing. Newton spent the past 29 years with the newspaper.
