BELLEVILLE POLICE

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

6:19 a.m. Burglary to business -- Skyview Drive-In, 5700 North Belt West, Unknown suspect(s) forced their way in the side door of the building and damaged the cash register.

10:25 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 900 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported the front door was pried open and property was stolen from the residence.

4:01 p.m. Suspicious activity -- 400 block of North Fifth Street. The reporting party stated two males were on the side of her residence wearing green shirts and work hats. They informed her they were working for Ameren. The reporting party called Ameren and was told Ameren had no workers in the area.

4:25 p.m. Theft -- 1000 block of South Fifth Street. The victim reported an air conditioning unit, water heater and furnace were stolen from the residence.

10:50 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Lillian. The reporting party stated entry was forced to the victim's residence and property was stolen.

11:25 p.m. Battery -- 300 block of North Second Street. Aaron Lewis, 45, was arrested for battery and taken into custody.

11:32 p.m. Residential burglary -- 4800 block of Bier. A witness reported observing two males running from the residence carrying property. It was discovered entry was forced through the rear of the residence.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

12:44 a.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 1700 block of Foster. The victim reported several screens were pushed up on the windows to her residence in a possible attempted to gain entry.

8:02 a.m. Criminal damage to vehicle -- Q Cleaners, 1920 Lebanon Ave. The victim reported a 2000 Dodge van had the windows broken out while parked on the business parking lot.

1:25 p.m. Burglary to trailer -- Storage lot, 8923 Old St. Louis Road. The victims reported an unlocked trailer was entered and property was stolen.

7:04 p.m. Harassment by phone --100 block of North High Street. Anthony W. Barnett, 28, was arrested for harassment by phone and taken into custody.

9:16 p.m. Traffic stop, fleeing, attempting to elude -- East Main Street at Delaware. Kent Young Jr., 24, was arrested for fleeing or eluding police along with several other traffic citations. Young was taken into custody.

9:58 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 7100 block of Old St. Louis Road. Jeremy Gully, 24, was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Gully was taken into custody.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

10:38 a.m. Theft -- 100 block of East Washington. The victim reported she left property unatended on a bench in front of the Belleville Public Library. When she returned her property was gone.

2:43 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- parking lot, 417 Cathedral Lane. The victim reported a window was broken out of her vehicle while it was parked on the parking lot.

6:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Crossing. Meagan T. Hazzard, 25, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:26 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 1700 block of Illinois 15. The victim reported being forced off the roadway by another vehicle at 3:03 p.m. The victim stated the driver of the other vehicle flipped her off and pointed his finger like a gun at them.

6:47 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- Terrace Motel, 747 South Belt West. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

7:14 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- First block of Kingery Court. The suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:27 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Three Wood Drive. The victim reported the glass in her front storm door was broken out.

7:31 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 200 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported a window screen and frame were damaged in an attempt to gain entry to his residence. The victim suspects an acquaintance.

9:15 p.m. Burglary to shed -- 300 block of South 29th Street. The reporting party stated she observed a subject enter the shed and take property.

10:35 p.m. Disorderly conduct, obstructing identification --Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Keshondra Crawford, 26, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing identification and an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County. Crawford was taken into custody.

11:24 p.m. Battery -- Tavern on Main, 301 W. Main St. Cory Lopez-Reno, 23, was arrested for battery and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22

2:36 a.m. Motor vehicle theft, burglary --Hoernis Auto Body, 207 S. 20th St. A 1994 maroon Chevrolet truck was reported stolen off the lot.

4:18 a.m. Stolen vehicle recovery, pursuit -- Illinois 157. Officers located a vehicle that had been stolen earlier in the evening. After a short pursuit that ended in Cahokia, the suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

8:30 a.m. Domestic battery -- First block of West Garfield. The victim reported her husband/suspect allegedly battered her.

6:20 p.m. Counterfeit money --McDonald's, 125 South Belt East. The store manager reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.

6:50 p.m. Theft of lost or mislaid property -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The victim reported leaving property in a shopping cart in the parking lot. When he returned the property was gone.

7:20 p.m. Domestic battery -- Terrace Motel, 747 South Belt West. Chad A. Eisele, 38, was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:21 p.m. Violation of an order of protection, domestic battery -- 1000 block of Belle Valley Drive. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect violated an active order of protection and allegedly battered her.

8:11 p.m. Aggravated battery to a police officer -- 400 block of Forest. The suspect was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer and taken into custody.

8:43 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Lisa Lane. Karen J. Vogt, 42, was arrested for criminal damage to property and taken into custody.

SUNDAY, JUNE 23

6:32 a.m. Domestic battery -- 1400 block of West Main Street. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:26 a.m. Vandalism -- 6200 block of West Washington. The victim reported his vehicle had numerous items thrown on it.

9:33 a.m. Fugitive, residential burglary suspect arrest -- 700 block of Fort Henry. A suspect was arrested for outstanding warrants and residential burglary. She was taken into custody.

10:59 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. The victim reported the rear driver door window had been shattered and property was stolen.

11:47 a.m. Theft -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported property was stolen from a locker while he was at the YMCA.

12:24 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1300 block of Lebanon Avenue. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged overnight.

2:44 p.m. Retail theft --Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Store security reported observing the suspect steal merchandise from the business.

5:25 p.m. Theft (over) -- 300 block of South 20th Street. The victim reported a riding lawn mower was stolen from her back yard.

5:29 p.m. Retail theft --Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Marrion Coleman, 45, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:45 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence -- 4500 block of North Belt West. The driver, Timothy Moore, 52, was arrested for drivin gunder the influence and taken into custody.

8:16 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Laronda R. Jackson, 25, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

9:48 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence -- 1000 block of Dutch Hollow Road. Deborah A. Loecher, 63, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

10:05 p.m. Domestic incident, warrant arrest -- 500 block of North Fourth Street. Officers responded to a disturbance. Both subjects blamed the other for instigating the incident. One of the subjects, Terrry L. Barton, 35, had an outstanding St. Clair County warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

11:27 p.m. Motor vehicle theft --3400 block of West A Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect took her vehicle without her permission and has not returned it.

MONDAY, JUNE 24

2:37 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- Illinois 15. The driver/suspect was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

3:18 p.m. Fraud, theft over -- FKG Oil, 721 W. Main St. The reporting party stated a former employee/suspect made false expense claims on an expense account.

8:34 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1000 block of North Church Street. The victim reported her vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

7 p.m. Residential burglary -- 4600 block of Ruth. The victim reported her residence was entered and property was stolen.

7:17 p.m. Fraud -- Shop 'N Save, 4201 North Belt West. Management reported receiving a fraudulent check for a purchase.

10:47 p.m. Traffic stop, fleeing, possession of a controlled substance -- 700 block of South Illinois. The driver/suspect was arrested for fleeing and possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

12:27 a.m. Recovery of a stolen vehicle -- 3400 block of West A Street. A vehicle reported stolen on June 21, was recovered in Missouri and returned to the owner.

12:49 a.m. Domestic battery -- 9600 block of West Main Street. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

9:02 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- First block of South 78th Street. The reporting party stated the victim's 2012 Tao Tao 50cc scooter was stolen from the driveway.

6:21 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- 3300 block of Vernier. The victim reported unknown subject(s) attempted to force entry to his residence.

6:57 p.m. Burglary to shed -- 1400 block of Wabash. The victim reported property was stolen from his unsecured shed.

7:34 p.m. Park violation --Ever and Anon Park, 416 E. Main St. Bob Judy, 59, was arrested for park violations and taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JUNE 28

Jack L. Firkins, 29, of 4936 McCasland Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about June 25 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Firkins, allegedly a person who was the driver of a red 1991 GMC Sienna, and who was entitled to the possession of that vehicle and who knew that the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer who had signaled said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop.

Geran J. Anderson, 30, of 1719 N. 44th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful calculated criminal drug conspiracy, unlawful criminal drug conspiracy, four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about June 23 by Illinois State Police. Anderson, allegedly as part of a conspiracy undertaken with Dorian Schooler and other individuals, knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine, a controlled substance; with the intent that the offense of unlawful celivery of a controlled substance, be committed, agreed with Schooler to the commission of that offense in that said defendant and Schooler agreed to deliver less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine to Illinois State Police Specil Agent Akil Smith, and in furtherance of the agreement, Schooler knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith less than 1 gram of cocaine; knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith, on or about June 23, less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith, on or about June 24, 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly and unlawfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith, on or about June 24, less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly and unlwfully delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith, on or about June 25, less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Dorian C. Schooler, 33, of 1719 N. 44th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about June 23 by Illinois State Police. Schooler allegedly, delivered to Illinois State Police Special Agent Akil Smith less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Jackie H. Witherspoon, 61, of 193 Amelia, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 26 by Swansea police. Witherspoon allegedly took merchanidse from CVS Pharmacy, 1801 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being condoms, shampoo, vitamins and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Robert M. Pitra, 51, of 13 Stites Ave., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft, subsequent on or about June 21 by Fairview Heights police. Pitra allegedly took merchandise from Fairview Liquor, 5329 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being a bottle of whiskey, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on March 31, 2011.

Otto W. Jean, 59, of 109 St. Clair Drive, rear, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender between Jan. 1 and June 27 by Fairview Heights police. Jean allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to register in accordance with the privisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the city of Fairview Heights, within three days of establishing a residence within that city.

Wesley D. Haire, 34, of 4208 Grand St., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful financial exploitation of an elderly person between April 1, 2012, and May 1 while standing in a position of trust and confidence with an elderly person, knowingly and by deception obtained control over their savings account at Regions Bank, having a value of $5,000 or more but less than $50,000.

Heather N. Manley, 33, of 319 S. Charles St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of debit card on or about May 1 by Belleville police. Manley allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, North County Savings Bank Mastercard, attempted to obtain an item of value, being gasoline, total value not exceeding $300, by representing without the consent of the cardholder, that she was the holder.

Kory Hilliard, 28, of 1208 Church St., Xenia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery by use of deadly weapon, unlawful restraint, two counts of domestic battery on or about June 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hilliard allegedly, in committing domestic battery, knowingly strangled Brittany L. Fult, a family/household member, in that said defendant applied pressure to the neck of Fulk, thereby impeding air flow; in committing battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a tire iron, knowingly caused bodily harm to Fulk, in that he struck her multiple times in the head with the tire iron; in committing unlawful restraint, knowingly and without legal authority detained Fulk, in that he dragged her into a 2000 Dodge Caravan and would not let her leave; knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Fulk, a family/household member, in that he struck her about the body with his fist and grabbed her by her hair.

Nikki L. McQueen, 27, of 800 S. High St. B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card on or about May 1 by Belleville police. McQueen allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, North County Savings Bank Mastercard, attempted to obtain an item of value, being gasoline, total value not exceeding $300, by representing without the consent of the cardholder, Nichole Krause, that she was the holder of the North County Savings Bank Mastercard debit card.

Darien L. Pierce, 19, of 17 N. 44 St. C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about June 26 by Belleville police. Pierce allegedly carried on his person a 12-gauge shotgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in hiw own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current FOID Card.

Demarcus J. Abraham, 23, of 607 N. Cherry St., Apt. 4, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 26 by O'Fallon police. Abraham allegedly remained within the dwelling place of Bobbi Kalchbrenner, located at 712 Cherry St., Apt. 2, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft.

Douglass Young, 61, of 514 Monica, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of official misconduct on or about June 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Young, a public employee, a police officer for the village of Washington Park, allegedly while acting in his official capacity, with the intent to obtain a personal advantage for another, being Stanisha Tillman, performed an act in excess of his lawful authority, in that the defendant brought a prescription medication into the St. Clair County Jail, a penal institution, and dispensed it to Tillman, in violation of the St. Clair County Jail rules and regulations.

Jorian B. Clemons, 20, of 709 N. Cherry St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 26 by O'Fallon police. Clemons allegedly remained within the dwelling place of Bobbi Kalchbrenner, located at 712 Cherry St., Apt. 2, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit a theft.

Maurice Jackson, 20, of 315 Stapleton Highway, Wrens, Ga., arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuseon or about June 26 by Fairview Heights police. Jackson allegedly committed an act of sexual abuse on a female minor.

Stanley Berryhill-Perry, 66, of 2508 Renois Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of failure to report change of address as a sex offender between Jan. 1 and June 26 by St. Clair County sheriff. Beryhill-Perry allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offenser Registration Act, with the sheriff of St. Clair County, within three days of a change of his residence address.

THURSDAY, JUNE 27

Anthony T. Mosley, 20, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Levi G. Weinhaus, 19, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Terez J. White, 24, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of no driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Antonio C. Lewis, 24, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Deanna I. Liddell, 38, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jeffrey S. Eckert, 23, of Columbia, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by St. Clair County sheriff.

Isiah Hoskins, 37, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairmont City police.

Ladarcus D. Harris, 23, of Granite City, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Jamond C. Lockett, 28, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Michael A. Meier, 28, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tommy L. Ross, 36, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Patrick D. Leroy, 46, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Alonzo D. Durham, 36, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by Cahokia police.

Todd M. Grimming, 43, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Maurice M. Johnson, 24, of Centralia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert M. Pitra, 51, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Marco D. Pearson, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of battery and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Harold L. Schaedler, 37, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation and traffic accidents by Belleville police.

Leshane R. Conner, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher W. Driemeier, 35, of Florissant, Mo., warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Adam T. Smith, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kameron M. Lederer, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of reckless homicide and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher D. McKinney, 21, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bliss A. McDaniel, 23, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Heather N. Manley, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cody C. Oneil, 24, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kyle J. Gregurec, 25, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating uninsured motor vehicle by St. Clair County sheriff.
