The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JULY 1

Kenjuan I. Holman, 34, of 7 Godier Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a peace officer on or about June 28 th East St. Louis. Holman allegedly, in committing battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Michael Baxton Jr., in that he struck Michael Baxton Jr. in the body with his fist, knowing Michael Baxton Jr. to be a peace officer who was engaged in the execution of his official duties as a peace officer.

Jasmine A. Bolden, 20, of 3715 Minnesota, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 27 by Fairview Heights police. Bolden allegedly took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being shirts, shorts, capris and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Shalonda J. Anderson, 21, of 1932 Biddle St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 27 by Fairview Heights police. Anderson allegedly took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being shirts, shorts, capris and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Jamaica L. Powell, 27, of 1600 Castle Park Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about June 28 by Fairview Heights police. Powell allegedly took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being shirts, shorts, capris and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Prentiss Turner, 21, of 3450 Magnolia Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or abour June 27 by Fairview Heights police. Turner allegedly took merchandise from Old Navy, 6015 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being shirts, shorts, capris and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Devin P. Jones, 17, of 608 S. Fifth St., Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 22 by Brooklyn police. Jones allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Erica Kennedy, located at 600 S. Sixth St., Brooklyn, with the intent to commit theft.

Frances M. Hues, 47, of 528 S. 50th St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 22 by Brooklyn police. Hues allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Erica Kennedy, located at 600 S. Sixth St., Brooklyn, with the intent to commit theft.

Sandra D. Berry, 51, of 507 Mary Jane St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 28 by O'Fallon police. Berry allegedly falsely represented to Walmart, that she was the lawful owner of a General Electric Dehumidifier, with a full retail value not in excess of $300, and conveyed that General Electric Dehumidifier to Walmart, who was in fact the lawful owner of such General Electric Dehumidifier, in exchange for a gift card in the amount of $176.87.

Steven R. Mitchell, 46, of 7321 Deborah Lane, Hillsboro, Mo., arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and aggravated driving under the influence with no insurance on or about June 29 by Cahokia police. Mitchell allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a red, 1992 Chevrolet, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Gary Lee Craig Jr., who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle that displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights, which, when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren, would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing Steven R. Mitchell to bring said red, 1992 Chevrolet to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer, traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit and failied to stop at a red traffic control light at Douglas Road and Saxtown Road in Millstadt; drove a red 1992 Chevrolet, on Illinois 3 in Cahoka, while the defendant was under the influence of alochol, and knew or should have known that the vehicle he was driving was not covered by a liability insurance policy.

Patrick D. Phifer, 23, of 05 St. Justin Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about June 29 by Cahokia police. Phifer allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Annette Kizer, located at 109 St. Justin, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft.

John W. Jones, 44, of 909 S. 29th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked or suspended driver's license on or about June 29 by Belleville police. Jones allegedly drove a 1997 Chevrolet Venture, on N. 28th St., in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while revoked on Dec. 3.

Christopher A. Musskopf, 30, of 455 Fairfax, Columbia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about June 30 by Cahokia police. Musskopf allegedly drove a 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe on Camp Jackson Road in Cahokia while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Avery G. Glasper, 49, of 1405 N. 40th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about June 30 by Fairview Heights police. Glasper allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Kenyon C. Sanders, 35, of 6 Donna Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by St. Clair County sheriff. Sanders allegedly had in his possession more then 30 but less than 500 rams of a substance containing cannabis.

TUESDAY, JULY 2

Antywan Seawood, 34, of 5605 Lake Drive, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about June 29 by Centreville police. Seawood allegedly made physical contact with Curtis Seawood, a family/household member, in that he struck him in the face wit his hand. Defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on May 29.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

FRIDAY, JUNE 28

Jason Hairston, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration, two traffic violations by Lebanon police.

Christopher M. Raymond, 21, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Swansea police.

Timothy Johnson, 20, of Granite City, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kennard J. Perkins, 28, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Lisa M. McKee, 41, of Columbia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michelle A. Meyer, 50, of Waterloo, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bradley J. Weier, 26, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Calir County sheriff.

David W. Fetrow, 35, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Wesley D. Haire, 34, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of financial exploitation of elderly by Belleville police.

Darien L. Pierce, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by Belleville police.

Deontay M. Haire, 33, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and operating uninsured motor vehicle
