The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JULY 10

Michael D. Cooper, 40, of 241 Miller Court, A, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of home invasion armed with a firearm on or about July 5 by Belleville police. Cooper allegedly entered the dwelling place of Austriell Buckley, located at 1229 N. 17th St., Apt. 24, Belleville, and remained in such dwelling place until he knew or had reason to know that one or more persons were present within that dwelling place and threatened the imminent use of force against Buckley in that said defendant pointed a shotgun at Buckley and in so doing, said defendant personally discharged said shotgun.

Steven E. Marshall, 28, of 3616 W. A St., 3, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 5 by Belleville police. Marshall allegedly entered the dwelling place of Amanda Lugge, located at 3616 W. A St., Apt. 4, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.

Marlon T. Gale, 18, 297 Johnson Lane, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about July 5 by Belleville police. Gale allegedly took control of property from Aaron Shinn, being a Stihl saw, Model TS 420, total value not in excess of $500.

Jimmy Davis, 55, of 430 N. 11th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of murder, intent to kill, injure on or about July 4 by Illinois State Police. Davis allegedly and without legal justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Demetrice McDowell, stabbed McDowell in the back, thereby causing the death of McDowell.

Ronnie J. Gully Jr., 21, of 1416 Morgan St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about April 10 by Illinois State Police. Gully allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being $50 in U.S. currency from the person of Demaro Wicks by threatening the imminent use of force.

Ronnie J. Gully Jr., 21, of 1416 Morgan St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, discharge firearm on or about June 20 by Illinois State Police. Gully allegedly, and by means of discharging of a firearm caused an injury to Eddie Thompson in that said defendant shot Thompson in the back with a .38-caliber revolver.

Calvin S. Robinson, 25, of 741 St. Martin, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, subsequent and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about July 7 by East St. Louis police. Robinson allegedly carried on his person a .380-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on April 5, 2005. Robinson allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Pedro D. Osorio, 21, of 45 Potomac Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint and domestic battery on or about July 7 by Fairview Heights police. Osorio allegedly strangled Wendy Cardenas, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his hands on her neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing; detained Cardenas by grabbing her phone, stood in the doorway, and then grabbed her by the hair and pushed her into the room not allowing her to leave the basement at 45 Potomac Drive; and grabbed her by the arms and threw her onto the bed.

Richard R. Kane, 56, of 7 Barco, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to register correct information as a sex offender on or about May 7 by Fairview Heights police. Kane, a sex offender, knowingly failed to provide correct information regarding his residence address to the chief of police of the city of Fairview Heights.

Stehen V. Burkett, 38, of 206 S. Jefferson St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about May 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Burkett allegedly drove a white 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche on Mascoutah Street in Mascoutah while the defendant was under the inlfuence of alcohol and the defendant had previously committed the offense of driving while intoxicated on Aug. 2.

Brenda L. Widel, 49, of 205 Mill St., Smithton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about June 16 by Smithton police. Widel allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Louis Wilson, in that she struck Louis Wilson about the face and her hand knowing Wilson to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of authorized duties.

Dante J. Henry, 20, of 100 Spring Glen, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about May 20 by O'Fallon police. Henry allegedly carried in a vehicle a .30-caliber rifle at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a currrent valid FOID Card.

James A. Gann, 31, of 819 St. Charles Ave., St. Charles, Mo., arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about April 8 by O'Fallon police. Gann allegedly entered a building, a shed of Robert Mueller, located at 507 E. Washington St., O'Fallon, with the intent to commit a theft.

Patrick L. Jateff, 51, of 629 N. 23rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance between July 6 and July 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jateff allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Ryan E. Murphy, 19, of 212 Bernice St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about April 3 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Murphy allegedly delivered to a confidential source less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin; delivered to Jason Prindable less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin.

Lionel M. Bolden, 25, of 415 Americana Circle, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about April 11 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Bolden allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 500 grams but less than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

James A. Wilkerson Jr., 30, of 401 Wimmer Place, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of escape and theft on or about March 24 by miscellaneous agencies. Wilkerson, who was convicted of the felony offense of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis and who was conditionally released from the St. Clair County Jail, the supervising authority, through an electronic home monitoring detention program with the St. Clair County probation Department, allegedly violated a condition of that program in that said defendant, without permssion left his residence and his whereabouts were unknown; and knowingly exerted control over property of Sentinel Web Patrol, being the Sentinel Home Monitoring and the Sentinal Patrol Suite Transmitter, total value in excess of $500.

Arthur L. Robinson, 51, of 2219 Gaty Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about June 5 by East St. Louis police. Robinson allegedly caused great bodily harm to Tiara Bean, in that he struck her on the arm with a shovel; and knowingly, and by use of a deadly weapon, a shovel, struck her on the arm with the shovel.

Hassan A. Abrahim, 48, of 18 Sarpy Road, Apt. C, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery on or about July 8 by Shiloh police. Abrahim allegedly made physical contact with Hanady M. Khalil, a family/household member, in that he shoved her about the body with his hands; strick her in the head with his hands; and slammed her leg in a door. Defendant had been previosuly convicted of aggravated domestic battery on July 18.

Elton R. Moore Jr., 39, of 4053 Mississippi, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on revoked driver's license on or about March 16 by Cahokia police. Moore allegedly drove a maroon 1998 Buick Park Avenue on Church Street in Cahokia, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Al D. Stewart, 30, of 1406 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of cannabis on or about June 25 by Illinois State Police. Stewart allegedly delivered to a confidential informant more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Ronnie J. Gully Jr., 21, of 1416 Morgan St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of murder, armed robbery, aggravated discharge of a firearm, attempted robbery and aggravated unlawful restraint on or about July 1 by Illinois State Police. Gully allegedly, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great harm to George Tolliver, shot Tolliver in the left front shoulder with a handgun, thereby causing the death of Tolliver; while armed with a firearm, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency from the person of a male minor by use of force; discharged a firearm in the direction of a vehicle, a 1996 red Ford Explorer, located at 804 N. 86th St., East St. Louis; performed a substantial step toward the commission of attempted armed robbery, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly attempted to take property from the person of Erica Hill, by the use of force; and without legal authority and while using a deadly weapon, knowingly detained Linda Bell in that he pointed a firearm at Bell and refused to allow her to leave the area around the residence located at 733 N. 84th St., in East St. Louis.

Dandre C. Cotton, 29, of 1840 Trendly, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Oct. 9 by O'Fallon police. Cotton allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to UMB Bank, located at 907 E. Highway 50, O'Fallon, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, a representative of K & J Auto Repair, said document being a check of K & J Auto Repair drawn on UMB Bank, payable to D'Andre Cotton in the amount of $800 and signed as drawer K & J Auto Repairs, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Randy D. Frison, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by Belleville police.

Wesley K. White, 20, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, and two traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.

Demyles D. James, 25, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nathan A. Fisher, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Calvin S. Robinson, 25, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Lemaron Q. Brooks, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Javon R. Rucker, 26, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.
