Belleville blotter: Man arrested for driving golf cart down 19th Street

— The following report appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

MONDAY

7:30 p.m. DRIVING GOLF CART IN STREET/RESISTING ARREST - 600 block of S. 19th Street. Nicholas D. Spiller, 20, was arrested for driving a golf cart in the street and resisting arrest. He was taken into custody.

TUESDAY

7:51 p.m. ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - Splish Splash Car Wash, 23 S. 59th St. The owner reported a window was broken out but entry was not gained to the business.

2:04 p.m. HIT AND RUN-FELONY D.U.I. - 5700 Block of W. Main Street. The driver/suspect, a 43-year-old male, was arrested for D.U.I. and taken into custody.
