The Fairview Heights Police Department is asking for help in finding a 16-year-old boy who they say escaped from a foster program.

Trent Warren, a white male who is 5-foot-11 and weighs 175 pounds, was at the St. Clair 10 Cinema June 14 with an attendant from the foster program based in Centreville. When authorities weren't watching, he fled and hasn't been seen since.

Warren, who has blond hair and blue eyes, is originally from the Danville area. But police believe he is still in the metro-east.

Fairview Heights police are asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of Warren to contact them at 618-489-2100.
