The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

TUESDAY, JULY 16

10:50 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1600 block of Golf Course Drive. The victim reported her vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:07 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1900 block of West Main Street. The victim reported eggs were thrown on her vehicle.

12:17 p.m. Domestic battery -- 400 block of Union Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

3:12 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 4000 block of South Park Drive. The victim reported the tire on her vehicle was damaged.

4:56 p.m. Burglary to construction site -- Ben Franklin's, 112-116 E. Main St. The victim reported a rear door to the site was forced open and property was stolen.

6:12 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of South 19th Street. Witnesses observed several juveniles enter the residence and spray paint the walls. One juvenile was taken into custody.

6:15 p.m. Theft -- 700 block of South 19th Street. The victim reported his ex-girlfriend/suspect took a handgun from his residence.

8:29 p.m. Aggravated assault -- 700 block of Freeburg Avenue. The victims reported three men approached the residence. When the female victim told the males to leave, one of the males pointed a handgun at the victims. Officers located and identified one of the subjects who accompanied the suspect pointing the weapon.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 17

8:40 a.m. Traffic stop, warrant arrest -- 3800 block of West Main Street. Patricia Randin, 28, was arrested for an active St. Clair County warrant and taken into custody.

10:56 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Seventh Fairway Court. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:08 a.m. Retail theft -- Kmart, 7230 Westfield Plaza Drive. Two juveniles were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

12:03 p.m. Pedestrian check, possession of a controlled substance -- First block of North Sixth Street. A suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

12:14 p.m. Theft -- 700 block of Wabash Avenue. The victim reported the suspects stole property from his residence.

1:23 p.m. Robbery -- 4000 block of South Park Drive. The victim reported the known suspect grabbed property out of her hands and fled the area.

6:20 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence -- South Belt East at South Charles. Michael E. Olsson, 48, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

8:22 p.m. Traffic stoop, possession of cannabis, warrant arrest -- 900 block of Carlyle Avenue. Kovonte D. Lewis, 23, was arrested for possession of cannabis and an active warrant out of St. Clair County. Lewis was taken into custody.

9:44 p.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- North Belt West at West Main Street. Jacob H. Colliflower, 32, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

THURSDAY, JULY 18

1:12 a.m. Driving under the influence -- Illinois 177 at Plum School Road. Bradley J. Youngblood, 31, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

1:37 a.m. Traffic stop, fleeing, attempting to elude police -- 9800 block of West Main Street. Officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on a white Chevrolet. The vehicle refused to stop. The vehicle came to a stop in the 8000 block of Church Lane in East St. Louis, where the occupants of the vehicle fled in different directions. A subject was later identified and taken into custody.

6:24 a.m. Theft -- 3900 block of South Park Drive. The victim reported property was stole from her driveway.

7:29 a.m. Burglary to business -- Ben's Crafts, 112 E. Main St. The business owner reported the rear glass door was damaged to gain entry to the business.

10:26 a.m. Occupancy violation, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 100 block of South 11th Street. Diana Raymer, 36, and a juvenile, were arrested for occupancy violation. Another juvenile was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

11:02 a.m. Traffic stop, driving while suspended, resisting -- 5700 block of West Main Street. Cedric Gibson Jr., 20, was arrested for driving while suspended and resisting a peace officer. He was taken into custody.

11:56 a.m. Animal rescue, cruel treatment of dogs -- 900 block of South High Street. Valarie Favela, 31, was arrested for cruel treatment of dogs and taken into custody.

12:58 p.m. Aggravated battery, battery -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. A suspect was arrested for battery and aggravated battery. He was taken into custody.

1:53 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery --South 10th Street at West Main Street. A suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and taken into custody.

8:23 p.m. Harassment be electronic communication -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The reporting party stated her daughter/victim has been threatened via the Internet.

9:21 p.m. Unlawful use of credit card -- Circle K, 3801 North Belt West. The victim reported her credit card, which was previously stolen, has been used in Belleville.

11:44 p.m. Suspicious incident -- 1300 Maiden Lane. The victim reported hearing a knock at the door. When he looked out, he observed two men, one of whom pointed a handgun at him. He walked away from the door and when he returned the subjects were gone.

FRIDAY, JULY 19

12:01 a.m. Check well being, armed barricaded subject -- 820 Fort Henry. Officers responded to 820 Fort Henry for a disturbance/check well being of the resident. Officers were confronted with an armed barricaded subject. The subject appeared to be delusional, irrational and made threats to kill police. Officers convinced the subject to surrender and exit the residence. He was taken into custody and involuntarily admitted to an area hospital for a mental health evaluation. All weapons were removed form the residence.

1:47 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North High. The victim reported his vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JULY 18

Joshua B. Jurcich, 32, of 800 S. High St. B, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff's deputies. Jurcich allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Pontrez L. Hester, 25, of 4648 Market St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about June 11 by St. Clair County sheriff's deputies. Hester allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Sarah D. Parker, 28, of 409 E. A St. A, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 1 by St. Clair County sheriff's deputies. Parker allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Denerick R. Donaldson, 31, of 1721 Nashua, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and interference in reporting domestic violence on or about July 15 by Alorton police. Donaldson allegedly strangled Timyrea C. Taylor, a family/household, in that said defendant placed his hands around her neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing/circulation of airflow/blood; pushed her; attempted to prevent her from calling 911 by grabbing the phone from her thus breaking the phone.

Mark Wilson, 32, of 8930 Annetta St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about July 16 by Brooklyn police. Wilson allegedly while operating a 2005 Chrysler, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Dean Anderson, to stop. Wilson willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more stop signs.

Michael G. McCallum Jr., 26, of 3918 E. Broadway, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, on or about July 16 by Alorton police. McCallum allegedly resisted the performance of Anthony Leflore of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of McCallum, knowing Leflore to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he refused to be handcuffed, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of the injury to Leflore.

Lamonte J. Carpenter, 48, of 119 Idlerun, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 18 by O'Fallon police. Carpenter allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being beer, vodka, T-shirts and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on March 1, 2010.

Celdre L. Ross, 18, of 902 St. Thomas, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 16 by Cahokia police. Ross allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Taysha Anderson, 904 S. Thomas, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Quantez T. Smith, 17, of 6029 Clarita, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 16 by Cahokia police. Smith allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Taysha Anderson, 904 S. Thomas, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Frank M. Batha, 45, of 1208 W. Lincoln St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about July 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Batha allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Michael E. Baum, 31, of 305 Giofre Ave., Maryville, arrested on suspicion of possession of 600 grams of methamphetamine and possession of meth manufacturing materials on or about July 16 by New Athens police. Baum allegedly participated in the manufacture of more than 400 grams but less than 900 grams of methamphetamine with the intent that methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine be produced; knowingly had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being coffee filters, organic solvent and sulfuric acid with the intent that the coffee filters, organic solvent and sulfuric acid be used to manufacture methamphetamine.

THURSDAY, JULY 18

Ivory L. Davis, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Brandon L. Bean, 19, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of delivery of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and traffic violation by Mascoutah police.

Dshawn J. Turner, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Broddrick R. Harris, 26, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brandon T. Smith, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Devante C. Taylor, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Leonard F. Lake, 42, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery, criminal trespass to land and three counts of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by East St. Louis police.

Lamonte J. Carpenter, 48, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by O'Fallon police.

Michael E. Olsson, 59, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Robert A. Holman, 48, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Maggie L. McDonald, 54, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Johnny B. Brown, 54, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael G. McCallum, 26, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by Alorton police.

Denerick R. Doanldson, 31, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by Alorton police.

Robert D. Aucutt, 49, of Dupo, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher J. Whipple, 30, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

James A. Wilkerson, 30, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Robert L. Cooley, 37, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Chase R. Carter, 28, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kurt C. Cort Jr., 22, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Celdre L. Ross, 18, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by Cahokia police.

James L. Thomas, 32, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Earl Pratcher, 46, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Travis L. Brown, 34, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Devan A. Harris, 17, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice by St. Clair County sheriff.
