The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JULY 22

Christopher J. Neeley, 42, of 7 Edwards Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about July 18 by Belleville police. Neeley allegedly, in committing battery, knowingly made physical contact with Percy Lockett, a person over the age of 60 years, in that he struck Percy Lockett in the face with his hand.

James G. Spears Jr., 27, of 629 N. 40th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Dec. 23 by East St. Louis police. Spears allegedly entered into a motor vehicle, a red 1997 Chevrolet Blazer, of Delores Andrews, located at 3412 Brady Ave., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Corey Trent, 18, of 4 Dover Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of accident injury and reckless driving. Trent allegedly failed to stop the vehicle he was driving, after that vehicle was involved in an accident at 11 S. 10th St., Belleville, in which Jesse Trent was personally injured as a result of that accident; drove a silver Chrysler PT Cruiser on South 10 Street in Belleville, with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property in that he struck Jesse Trent with the vehicle and after which sped away from the scene.

Earl Pratcher, 46, 515 N. 37th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence between July 18 and July 19 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Pratcher allegedly drove a maroon 1998 Ford Escort on Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, while under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Cortez T. Mason, 27, of 2722 Trendley Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about July 19 by O'Fallon police. Mason allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being six cans of Enfamil baby formula, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on July 26, 2012.

Larry L. Johnson, 39, of 3403 Converse Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property on or about July 19 by Fairview Heights police. Johnson allegedly damaged without the consent of the Fairview Heights Police Department, a light fixture, located at 10027 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, which property is supported by local government with local funds, said damage not in excess of $500.

Randall M. Penn, 20, of 2338 Richland Prairie, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery to a child, two counts of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of aggravated battery to a child, between July 9 and July 11 by Shiloh police. Penn allegedly caused great harm to a his 4-month-old son in that he inflicted injuries to the head of the male minor thereby causing multiple skull fractures, humerus fracture, and brain injury (subdural hematoma); knowingly made physical contact with a male minor, date of birth, Feb. 23, a family/household member, in that he inflicted injuries to the head thereby causing a humerus fracture, causing multiple skull fractures; knowingly caused bodily harm to male minor in that he bit him on the temple, and caused abrasion to the face, neck and ears.

Montez D. Holliday, 29, of 1415 First St., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 20 by Cahokia police. Holliday allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being three pairs of pants, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant has been previously convicted of retail theft on March 2, 2005.

Luis Gonzalez-Magallon, 53, of 3231 Centeen, Fairmont City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on July 21 by Fairmont City police. Gonzalez-Magallon allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; drove a blue 2005 GMC Sierra on 40th Street in Fairmont City, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Angela M. Canalejo, 45, of 1702 Laurette Lane, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery and inference reporting domestic violence on or about July 20 by Belleville police. Canalejo allegedly in committing battery, knowingly made physical contact with Shirley Meyer, a person over the age of 60 years, in that she struck Shirley Meyer in the face with her hand and used her forearm to apply pressure to the neck of Shirley Meyer; after having committed an act of domestic violence, striking Shirley Meyer, then attempted to prevent her from calling 911 Emergency Telephone System by pulling the phone cord from the wall.

Frankie M. Mitchell, 57, of 2547 Waverly Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about July 20 by Fairview Heights police. Mitchell allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Willie E. Windom, 54, of 2212 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing identification on or about July 20 by Fairview Heights police. Windom allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly furnished a false name to Patrolman Birchhead, a peace officer, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Anthony J. Nesbitt, 43, of 1320 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about April 10 by Fairview Heights police. Nesbitt allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to Piano Distributors of Illinois, a retail establishment, located at 455 Salem Place, Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Nikki Felton, said document being a check, of Nikki Felton drawn on the Bank of America, dated April 10, payable to Piano Distributors of Illinois in the amount of $650 and signed as drawer Nikki Felton, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Jerry E. Shafer, 27, of 801 Cedar St., A, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent between Sept. 18, 2012 and Sept. 19, 2012 by Fairview Heights police. Shafer allegedly took property of Patrick Wongler, being rims, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Oct. 5, 2010.

Deanna M. Greer, 20, of 6833 Brandywine Court, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of attempted armed robbery and attempted aggravated robbery on or about July 20 by Belleville police. Greer allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that Deanna Greer, while carrying a firearm on her person, knowingly tried to take property, being U.S. currency ... by threatening the use of force; knowingly tried to take property, being U.S. currency, ... by threatening to use force.

Demarken K. Cobbs, 23, of 4700 Caseyville Ave., 47D, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 21 by Cahokia police. Cobbs allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being T-shirts, socks and underwear, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on June 21, 2012.

Philip E. Hermann, 59, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bobby A. Tierce, 68, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Janice M. Jeffries, 50, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Isiah Sanders, 32, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of forgery and warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Lamira A. Lawson, 24, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

David W. Johnson, 59, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Angela D. Bryant, 41, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
