ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, JULY 22
Montez D. Holliday, 29, of 1415 First Avenue, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about July 20 by Cahokia police. Holliday allegedly, in committing retail theft, knowingly took possession of certain merchandise offered for sale at Walmart in Cahokia, being three pairs of pants having a total retail value not in excess of $300.
Tamajuna L. Fitz, 19, of 23 S. 16th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful use of credit card on or about July 10 by Southwestern Illinois College police. Fitz allegedly, in committing the offense of unlawful use of credit card, with the intent to defraud the issuer Banana Republic Visa, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being gift cards having a total value in excess of $300. Fitz also allegedly fraudulently used a FCB Bank Mastercard to purchase gift cards having a total value not in excess of $300.
Derrick T. Ditzler, 21, of 150 McNeill Lane, Caseyville, and Cody J. Farris, 21, of 24 Weinel Court, Caseyville, were arrested on suspicion of mob action on or about July 22 by Caseyville police. Ditzler and Farris allegedly, in committing mob action, knowingly by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that they struck Cody Curtis inflicting injury.
