The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, JULY 23

James P. Harris, Jr., 23, of 1400 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense, on or about July 22 by Brooklyn police. Harris allegedly knowingly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with a family member. Harris had been previously convicted of domestic battery on June 1, 2012.

Jeremiah J. Beison, 27, of 1121 College Ave., East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and two counts of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman on or about July 6 by East St. Louis police. Beison allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly strangled a woman, struck her in the back with a baby stroller and hit her in the face with his hand.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 24

Joseph B. Stenger, 39, of 209 Warrensburg Drive, Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of debit card on or about July 17 by St. Clair County Sheriff. Stenger allegedly, with the intent to defraud the issuer, Direct Express Mastercard, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining U.S. currency having a total value in excess of $300.

Mandell D. Jackson Jr., 28, of 2001 Maple Tree, Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of arson, criminal damage to property and violation of an order of protection on or about July 20 by East St. Louis police. Jackson allegedly, by means of fire, knowingly damaged the interior of an individual's car and damaged the car's windshield. Jackson also, having been served with an order of protection on Aug. 15, 2012, allegedly knowingly committed an act which violated that order by coming within 500 feet of the protected person's address.

James E. Staten, 53, of 120 W. Washington, Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage on or about July 23 by East St. Louis police. Staten allegedly knowingly damaged property of a Family Dollar Store, being a window and a cash register at the building located at 22318 State St. in East St. Louis causing damage in excess of $300.

James B. Wiley, 45, of 517 N. 36th St., East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of failure to renew registration as a sex offender on or about June 22 by the Illinois State Police. Wiley, a sex offender, allegedly knowingly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act with the East St. Louis police chief within one year of last registration.

Shawn C. Griffin Sr., 32, of 100 N. 12th St., East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery/strangulation and domestic battery on or about July 23 by East St. Louis police. Griffin allegedly strangled a family member and a threw a door at her, striking her arm.

Michael J. Stadelman, 26, of 720 Deerfield, Shiloh, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substance on or about July 24 by Fairview Heights police. Stadelman allegedly knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin, a controlled substance.

Ikesha D. Fair, 37, of 6120 Church Road in Alorton, was charged with retail theft, subsequent. She is accused of stealing two bottles of vodka from the Shop 'n Save store in Cahokia on July 19.

Clifford W. Thomure II, 43, of 811 Blackhills Drive in O'Fallon was charged with attempted arson and domestic battery with physical contact. Thomure is accused of trying to damage the backyard of 907 Blackhills Drive by spraying the grass with lighter fluid. He is also accused of spraying lighter fluid on a woman on July 24.

Lawrence P. Jouglard II, 30, of 116 Pine St. in Marissa, was charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Jouglard is accused of having and attempting to sell more than 1 gram of heroin.

Joseph M. Curry, 41, of 750 Weber Lane in O'Fallon was charged with two counts of forgery. Curry is accused of writing and attempting to pass off stolen checks as good. He is accused of writing one for $350 and another for $593.

Kevin P. Williams, 29, of 5411 North Belt West in Belleville, was charged with the unlawful use of a credit card and armed robbery. Williams is accused of stealing a purse while carrying a firearm and using a credit card from that stolen purse on July 7.

Pamela Conrad, 32, of 202 Taurus in O'Fallon, is charged with the unlawful use of a debit card. Conrad is accused of using a stolen debit card to buy diapers on May 12.

Gerald L. Stuck, 35, of 1229 N. 17th St. in Belleville, is charged with the unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Stuck is accused of having in his possession less than 15 grams of heroin on July 24.

FEDERAL COURT-EAST ST. LOUIS

WEDNESDAY, JULY 24

Antoine T. Thomas, 37, of East St. Louis, pleaded guilty Wednesday to the unlawful possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of a controlled substance. He faces up to 10 years in prison and will be sentenced Oct. 25.

THURSDAY, JULY 25

Donnelli L. Rockett, 33, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Quinton C. Chaney, 22, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Sherman Robinson, 25, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Lerenzo D. Brantley, 26, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Gregory D. Hicks, 33, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Demitres R. Graves, 31, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Kristin M. Garling, 26, of Troy, was arrested on suspicion of retail theft.

James E. Staten, 53, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property.

Mandell D. Jackson Jr., 28, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of arson and a warrant.

Shawn C. Griffin, 32, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery.

Darrius C. Brandy, 21, of East St. Louis was arrested on a warrant.

Andre D. Watson, 34, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license, violating the Illinois traffic code and a warrant.

Timmecia T. Thompson, 31, of Washington Park, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery.

Jamyla N. Artis, 20, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Ricardo C. Overton, 36, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Clifford W. Thomure, 43, of O'Fallon, was arrested on suspicion of arson.

Brichae M. Cole, 21, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Frederick M. Hoffman, 45, of Washington Park, was arrested on two warrants.

Pamela A. Conrad, 32, of O'Fallon, was arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud.

Aaron S. Liefer, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and a probation violation.

Shaun E. Asbury, 30, of Chester, was arrested on a warrant.

Tawana M. Pawnell, 27, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Jordan M. Davis, 29, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Cory L. Glenn, 19, of Centreville, was arrested on a warrant.

Milburn E. Adcock, 30, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.
