FRIDAY, JULY 19

10:20 a.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 1300 block of Centreville Avenue. Guy Mitchell, 52, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

9 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 600 block of Royal Heights Road. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of cannabis over 30 grams and taken into custody.

9:40 p.m. Theft -- First block of Talisman. The victim reported three pit bull/Australia shepherd mix puppies were stolen from her residence.

10:31 p.m. Subject removal, possession of a controlled substance -- Town House Motel, 400 S. Illinois St. A suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

saturday, july 20

11:29 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 3800 block of North Park Drive. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

2:28 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 600 block of Park Avenue. The suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and taken into custody.

SUNDAY, JULY 21

4:25 a.m. Disorderly conduct, failure to comply -- 600 block of Centerville Avenue. Corey Sharp, 23, was arrested for failure to comply and taken into custody.

8:16 a.m. Residential burglary -- 100 block of Clearview. The victim reported his attached garage and property was stolen.

10:47 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 600 block of East Garfield. The victim reported a window on her vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

2:38 p.m. Violation of stalking, no contact order -- 300 block of Kansas Avenue. Mark Mineman, 36, was arrested for violation of a stalking-no contact order and taken into custody.

3:52 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South Jackson. The vitim reported a window on his vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

9:04 p.m. Retail theft -- CVS, 4609 W. Main St. Employees reported a suspect concealed merchandise and left the business without paying.

11:11 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 300 block of West I Street. The victim reported the left side and trunk of his vehicle were scratched.

Monday, July 22

4:41 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The victim reported forced entry was made to his residence and property, along with a handgun, was stolen.

8:32 a.m. Theft -- 100 block of South Church Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his residence.

9:06 a.m. Burglary -- 1200 block of Olive Street. A witness reported observing two subjects take a motor bike from an enclosed screened-in porch. The subjects left the motor bike in the 100 block of South Virginia and fled the area on foot.

9:33 a.m. Theft -- Construction site at West Washington and South 23rd Street. The victim reported property was stolen from the construction site.

10:30 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- BCI Construction, 45 Empire Drive. The business owner reported fencing had been cut in several locations.

11:10 a.m. Residential burglary -- 2400 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported the rear door was forced open and property was stolen.

11:18 a.m. Endangering the life of a child -- 1700 block of North Church Street. Meredith A. Hyder, 24, was arrested for endangering the life of a child. DCFS was notified of the incident.

11:26 a.m. Criminal damage to property, burglary to storage units -- Mini 6000, 6600 W. Main St. The manager reported doors on 11 storage units were pried open in an attempt to burglarize the units.

2:36 p.m. Deceptive practice -- UMB Bank, 101 S. High St. The suspect was arrested for deceptive practice and taken into custody.

2:56 p.m. Indecent exposure -- 400 block of North Douglas Avenue. The victim reported a subject was observed masturbating in a yellow H2 Hummer with possible Texas registration.

3:37 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- North 74th Street at West Main Street. The victim reported as he was pulling away from a traffic light, two subjects busted out a window of his vehicle.

3:53 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1100 block of Bel Aire. The victim reported the suspect broke out a window on his garage. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for the damage.

4:06 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Shop 'N Save, 800 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported parking at the rear of the business. The unlocked truck was entered and property was stolen.

6:49 p.m. Criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct -- 3900 block of West Main Street. The victim reported the suspect damaged a window and made threats toward her. The victim signed nontraffic citations for damage to property and disorderly conduct.

7:23 p.m. Theft -- 2700 block of Brookrun Drive. The victim reported property was removed from his yard.

7:49 p.m. Battery -- 600 block of West Main Street. The victims reported a female schoolmate battered them.

8:42 p.m. Open burning -- 400 block of South Missouri. Jacob Hall, 28, and Adam Bajorek, 26, were arrested for open burning.

10:12 p.m. Drunkenness -- Skyview Drive In, 5700 North Belt West. Kristin Miller, 35, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

11:22 p.m. Criminal damage to property, aggravated assault -- 2000 block of Lake. Christopher Williams, 29, was arrested for damage to property and aggravated assault. He was taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JULY 23

12:47 a.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. A manager reported a subject stole property from the store.

1:47 a.m. Criminal damage to property --BP Amoco, 1 South Belt East. The victim reported a window on her vehicle was damaged.

2:11 p.m. Counterfeit bill -- Salvation Army, 218 N. Illinois St. Employees reported receiving a counterfeit $10 bill for a purchase.

6:22 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of Sycamore. The victim reported U.S. currency was stolen.

6:25 p.m. Burglary to garage -- 100 block of South 33rd Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his open garage.

6:50 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia -- Green Mount Commons shopping complex. Patricia Lovell, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken into custody.

7:29 p.m. Theft -- 2500 block of Autumn Harvest Lane. The victim reported property and a handgun were stolen from his residence.

8:12 p.m. Theft -- 200 block of South 20th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her yard.

8:40 p.m. Criminal trespass to property -- 100 block of North Eighth Street. The victim reported the suspect left a note on her door after being advised not to return to the property. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for trespassing against the suspect.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 24

2:43 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of Lebanon Avenue. The victim reported his residence was entered and property was stolen.

6:06 a.m. Business to burglary -- Ben's Crafts, 116 E. Main St. The business owner reported the business was entered and property was moved outside but not stolen.

9:12 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- 6300 block of West Main Street. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substnce and taken into custody.

10:59 a.m. Theft -- 200 block of South 27th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his residence.

11:08 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Briargate. The landlord reported copper connections to the air conditioner had been cut.

1:47 p.m. Dog bite -- 3300 block of West A Street. The victim reported receiving a minor bite by a dog.

5:19 p.m. Dog bite -- First block of Damask Court. The victim reported his neighbor/suspect's dog bit his dog.

6:19 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

7:25 p.m. Theft -- 600 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported the suspect stole property from the residence.

8:41 p.m. Burglary to shed --100 block of Willowcreek. The victim reported forced entry to her shed and property was stolen.

9:58 p.m. Assist other agency -- Officers located a vehicle in the intersection of North Belt West and West Main Street that had been involved in two hit-and-run accidents in Swansea Police Department's venue. The driver was released to the custody of a Swansea officer.

10:03 p.m. Dog at large -- First block of Kil-Mar Woods Drive. The victim reported the neighbor/suspect's dog dug a hole under the fence, entered her yard and attacked her dog. The victim's dog did not appear to be injured.

THURSDAY, JULY 25

10:58 a.m. Theft -- 1200 block of Bristow. The victim reported her checkbook and debit card were stolen from her residence.

11:19 a.m. Retail theft -- Quik Trip, 755 South Belt West. Michelle Magac, 43, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

1 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 1200 block of Centerville Avenue. Angela Polk, 42, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

2:38 p.m. Criminal trespass -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Renaldo Griffin, 55, was arrested for criminal trespass and taken into custody.

3:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

4:19 p.m. Aggravated assault -- 100 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. The victim reported a subject in a vehicle pointed a handgun at him during a verbal dispute.

7:12 p.m. Criminal damage to vehicle -- 200 block of Portland Avenue. The victim reported his vehicle was damaged while it was parked in an open garage.

FRIDAY, JULY 26

2:04 a.m. Armed robbery --Illinois 161 at Dutch Hollow. The victim reported a subject approached her vehicle while she was stopped. The subject pointed a handgun at her and demanded she give him her property. The suspect fled on foot.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JULY 26

William C. Grady Jr., 33, of 1728 Lawrence Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of failure to renew registration as a sex offender on or about June 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Grady, a sex offender, allegedly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provision of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the chief of police of the East St. Louis Police Department within one year of last registration.

Devin L. Young, 25, of 1224 Center Drive, Farmington, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated home repair fraud on or about Nov. 1 by O'Fallon police. Young allegedly, entered into a written contract in the amount of $750 with Caroline Souza, an elderly person, for the repair of the home of Souza, located at 1007 Dale Ave. in O'Fallon, and in so doing, knowingly created another's impression, being that of Souza, which was false and which the said defendant did not believe to be true by informing Souza that he worked for Jacob Sunroom and Exteriors and that the new roof recently installed by Jacob Sunroom and Exteriors needed further work and needed to be property sealed.

Kenneth T. Woodhouse Sr., 51, of 428 S. 24th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about May 15 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Woodhouse allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being liquor and beer, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft over $300 on Aug. 25, 2003.

Eric S. Lafollette, 23, of 4703 Ruth St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of cannabis and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 28 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Lafollette allegedly delivered to a confidential source more than 500 grams but less than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis; and had in his possession a substance containing psilocybin.

Al D. Stewart, 30, of 1402 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of money laundering on or about July 12 by Illinois State Police. Stewart allegedly transferred a monetary instrument having a value not exceeding $10,000, said instruments being criminally deprived property, knowing or having reason to know that the financial transaction was designed in whole or in part to conceal or disguise the source of criminally deprived money in that the defendant transferred $1,370 of Official Govenment Funds representing the proceeds from an illegal drug sale to the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk's Office as funds for a bail bond.

Delawrence O. Foggy, 25, of 306 S. Leonard, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful use of debit card on or about Aug. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Foggy allegedly, with intent to defraud the issuer, Commerce Bank Special Connections Visa, used a Commerce Bank Special Connections Visa debit card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being pairs of Levi's brand jeans and shoes, total value not in excess of $300.

Jeremy T. Weaver, 26, of 704 North Belt West, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about July 25 by Fairview Heights police. Weaver allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing oxycodone.

Kenneth T. Woodhouse Sr., 52, of 428 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 25 by Belleville police. Woodhouse allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons, Belleville, being beer and liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft over $300 on Aug. 25, 2003.

Darnell J. Hoskins, 17, of 3040 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 7, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 25 by Cahokia police. Hoskins allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Lloyd Pieper, located at 805 St. Thomas Lane, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft.

Charles E. James Jr., 58, of 326 N. Jackson St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery on or about July 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. James allegedly, while indicating verbally to Joyce A. Mueller that he had a firearm, knowingly took property, being $172 U.S. currency, from Mueller, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Skylah Beach, 21, of 2618 Evergreen Drive, Burlington, Iowa, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on or about July 21 by Fairmont City police. Beach allegedly had in her possession methamphetamine manufacturing materials, being lithium batteries, a bottle of Heet, funnels, tubing and coffee filters, with the intent that these materials be used to manufacture methamphetamine.
