ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, JULY 29

Mykayla M. Bator, 23, of 3 Shawn Drive, 111, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and caused circumstances to endanger child on or about July 26 by Fairview Heights police. Bator allegedly took merchandise from Kohl's, 6109 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being assorted clothing items, total retail value in excess of $300; had in her possession a substance containing hydrocodone; willfully caused the life/health of a male minor, a child under the age of 18 years, to be endangered in that said defendant threw the child into the open front passenger side window of the black, Honda Accord and did not secure the child in a child safety seat before fleeing the scene.

Carl R. Crosby, 52, of 7821 Lake Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, subsequent on or about July 26 by Belleville police. Crosby allegedly drove a black, 1993 Ford truck on South 29th St. in Belleville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended/revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended/revoked on Jan. 14.

Davichion D. Washington Jr., 19, of 210 Mylaun Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery on or about July 26 by Shiloh police. Washington allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, including but not limited to U.S. currency, one man's wallet and its contents, one Samsung Galaxy cellphone and one set of keys from the person of John Jones, by the threat of the imminent use of force; while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, including but not limited to U.S. currency, and one Verizon Samsung cellphone from the person of Jennifer Chi, by the threat of the imminent use of force.

Jermaine L. Harper, 23, of 832 Park Entrance Place, Apt. 6, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about Jan. 13, 2012, by O'Fallon police. Harper allegedly took stolen property of Jake Bushey, being an Emerson brand television, total value not in excess of $500, under such circumstances as would reasonably induce said defendant to believe the property was stolen. Defendant had been previously convicted of residential burglary on Oct. 29, 2009.

Joshua I. Winters, 22, of 619 N. 18th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about Jan. 13, 2012, by O'Fallon police. Winters allegedly took stolen property from Jake Bushey, being an Emerson brand television, total value not in excess of $500 under such circumstances as would reasonably induce said defendant to believe the property was stolen. Defendant had been previously convicted of residential burglary on Jan. 11, 2010.

Hilary D. Burton-Patterson, 41, of 2557 Waverly St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing a police officer on or about March 10 by city of Madison police. Burton-Patterson allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly obstructed the performance of Sgt. Leonard Ritz of an authorized act within his official capacity being the arrest of Hilary Burton-Patterson, knowing Sgt. Leonard Ritz to be a peace officers engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that she ran from Sgt. Ritz when ordered to stop.

Dionte C. Scott, 26, of 840 St. Cletus, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about June 30 by city of Madison police. Scott allegedly took control over property of Pilot Travel Center, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Vanicia L. Simmons, 43, of 1137 St. Rose, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about July 27 by Cahokia police. Simmons allegedly, in committing battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a knife, knowingly caused bodily harm to her daughter, in that she cut her on the leg with the knife and cut her on the right breast.

Jeffrey L. Green, 22, of 16 N. 11th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful delivery of cannabis, unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful delivery of cannabis on or about Feb. 13 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Green allegedly delivered to Joe Beliveau more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis; delivered more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; knowingly possessed with the intent to delivery more than 500 grams but less than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis; and knowingly delivered to Joe Beliveau more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

David L. Weary, 35, of 1262 N. 35th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearm by felon, subsequent on or about April 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Weary, a person who has been convicted of a felony, allegedly possessed on his person a 9mm handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of robbery on Dec. 30, 1996, and of unlawful use of weapons on March 30, 1998.

Oscar A. Gandy, 50, of 1716 Pleasant View Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a religious place of worship by the Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Gandy allegedly, while within 1,000 feet of a religious place of worship, being the Crossroad Christina Church, 2415 N. 89th St., Caseyville, knowingly delivered to a confidential source, less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin.

Lawrence M. Crawmer Jr., 37, of 250 Marcella Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about July 28 by O'Fallon police. Crawmer allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being one cellphone, retail value in excess of $150.

Timothy S. Kempf, 42, of 1825 Duncan Ave., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and possession of a controlled substance on or about July 27 by Caseyville police. Kempf allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a 1991 Buick, was given a visual or audible signal by a peace officer, Andrew Schuler, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said Buick to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and then when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, he disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being a traffic light signal at Royal Heights Road and Illinois 161 and a traffic light signal at North Belt West and Illinois 161 in Belleville; knowingly had in his possession less than 1 gram of a substance containing hydrocodone.

Cedric L. Washington, 18, of 409 Alexander Place, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about July 28 by East St. Louis police. Washington allegedly carried on his person at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Robert S. Jones, 33, of 3109 N. Sarah, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 24 by Fairview Heights police. Jones allegedly took merchandise from Randall's Wine and Spirits, 10800 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, being four bottles of liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of stealing on Oct. 30, 2009.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

Kyle O. Watson, 27, of 1001 Belle Valley Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 27 by East St. Louis police. Watson allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Tiffany Nelson, located at 514 N. 37th St., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Clay S. Kahn, 30, of 515 S. 23rd St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about May 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kahn allegedly had in his possession a substance containing buprenorphine.

Lisa A. Mitchell, 32, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of possession of meth manufacturing materials and meth precursor by St. Clair County sheriff. Mitchell allegedly had in her possession methamphetamine manufacturing materials, being lithium batteries, camp fuel, air tubing, and cold packs, with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine; possessed less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor, being pseudoephedrine, with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine.

Dwayne R. Ramsey, 32, of 12 Loisel Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about July 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Ramsey allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a silver Derringer .38-caliber gun. Defendant had been previously convicted of vehicular hijacking on June 12, 2001.

Myron C. Ranson, 32, of 501 N. 59th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and two counts of domestic battery on or about June 21 by East St. Louis police. Ranson allegedly, damaged property of Lisa Harris, a 2010 Nissan Altima, located at 501 N. 59th St., East St. Louis, without her consent, said damage in excess of $300; knowingly made physical contact with Stephanie Cotton, a family/household member, in that he struck her in the face with his hand and kicked her in the face with his foot.

Jacob E. Hardimon, 36, of 35 Oak Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of four counts of violating orders of protection between July 17 and July 19 by Mascoutah police. Hardimon allegedly, having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection, in that said defendant entered the premises of 516 N. August St., Apt. 1B, Mascoutah, a protected location, while Tammy J. Jennings, a protected party, was present; engaged in electronic communications with Tammy J. Jennings, through telephone calls; contacted her through text messages; contacted her through email messages. The defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on March 21.

Jabar A. Meaderds, 29, of 450 N. Sixth St., Apt. 6F, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on or about July 30 by East St. Louis police. Meaderds allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Dennis C. Anderson, 48, of 617 N. Monroe, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about July 29 by Lebanon police. Anderson allegedly took merchandise from CC Food Mart, 550 S. Madison St., Lebanon, being one bottle of Jose Cuervo tequila, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on June 28, 2012.

Ronnell E. Little, 34, of 93 Laura Lee Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about March 21 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Little allegedly delivered to a confidential source less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin.

Reuben F. Hairston, 23, of 1845 N. 56th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about April 10, 2012, by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Hairston allegedly carried concealed on his person a weapon at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible.

Gejuan L. Doss, 38, of 853 St. Cletus, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about July 29 by Belleville police. Doss allegedly carried in a vehicle a loaded .38-caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.
