FRIDAY, JULY 26

5:36 a.m. Burglary to vehicle --100 block of North Indiana. The victim reported windows on two vehicles were shattered and property was stolen.

5:47 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Orchard Drive. The victim reported a window on his vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

5:57 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North Indiana. The victim reported the window on her vehicle was shattered and property was stolen.

6:41 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Orchard Drive. The victim reported a window on his vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

7:54 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Ben's Crafts, 112 E. Main St. The business owner reported an exterior railing and utility box at the rear of the building were damaged.

12:54 p.m. Theft of license plate -- 3100 block of Martha. The victim reported his rear license plate was removed from his vehicle.

1:03 p.m. Traffic stop, driving while revoked -- South 29th Street at Godfrey. The driver/suspect was arrested for driving while revoked and taken into custody.

1:06 p.m. Suspicious person, disorderly conduct, failure to comply -- First block of Lucinda. Prestin Anderson, 25, was arrested for failure to comply and taken into custody.

1:18 p.m. Domestic battery -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

5:47 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1700 block of West Main Street. The victim reported the passenger side of her vehicle was damaged.

8:06 p.m. Retail theft -- Shop 'N Save, 4201 North Belt West. Carlos Safford, 34, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

8:10 p.m. Criminal trespass to land -- 3900 block of West Main Street. Trevelle Dugan, 23, was arrested for trespassing and was taken into custody.

11:33 p.m. Possession of cannabis -- North End Park, 1100 N. Douglas. Jamarc Bass, 19, and Raneesha Freeland, 18, were arrested for possession of cannabis. Both were taken into custody.

SATURDAY, JULY 27

7:41 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of South 29th Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

12:50 p.m. Domestic battery -- First block of Kingery Court. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

2:05 p.m. Domestic battery -- 500 block of North Sixth Street. The victim reported being in a physical altercation with her husband/suspect.

6:19 p.m. Drunkenness -- 600 block of South Illinois. Harlan Ferry III, 30, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

9:50 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 4500 block of Ammel. The victim reported hearing a noise downstairs. Upon checking, she discovered the front door ajar and property missing.

10:26 p.m. Park curfew violation, violation an order of protection -- Ever and Anon Park, 416 E. Main St. Jonathan Sanchez, 30, was arrested for violation park curfew and taken into custody. A second subject was arrested for violating park curfew and violating an order of protection. He was taken into custody.

SUNDAY, JULY 28

1:26 a.m. Criminal trespass to property -- Circle K, 10 South Belt West. Shawn Tiemann, 26, was arrested for trespassing and taken into custody.

8:02 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 6000 block of West A Street. The victim reported his residence was entered and a handgun was stolen.

8:02 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 6000 block of West A Street. The victim reported his residence was entered and property, along with a handgun, was stolen.

7:37 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of meth ingredients, precursors -- South Third at Garfield. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of methamphetamine ingredients and taken into custody.

10:51 p.m. Drunkenness -- Belleville Police Department Lobby. Darrius Pierce, 19, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

11:12 p.m. Aggravated assault -- 600 block of East Grant. Johnaver Robinson, 24, was arrested for aggravated assault and taken into custody.

MONDAY, JULY 29

12:14 a.m. Theft -- Social Security Administration Office, 1652 Lebanon Ave. The victim reported construction equipment was stolen from the rear of the business.

5:56 a.m. Theft -- Southside Park, 800 S. Sixth St. The victim reported while he was at the park, his property was stolen.

9:57 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 400 block of North First Street. The victim reported her vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

10:21 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- BCI Construction, 45 Empire Drive. The business owner reported the chain link fencing surrounding the property was cut.

10:26 a.m. Theft -- 200 block of North 45th Street. It was reported a central air conditioning unit was stolen from the property.

11:54 a.m. Retail theft -- Ben's, 112 E. Main St. Maryann Brueggemann, 79, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

12:38 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 100 block of Nanette Drive. The victim reported her ex-husband/suspect called her violating the active order of protection.

1:08 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Memorial Senior Center, 4319 Memorial Drive. The victim reported her vehicle was damaged while parked either in Belleville or O'Fallon.

3:57 p.m. Theft -- 700 block of St. Clair. The victim reported property was stolen from his yard.

6:50 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- North Park and Park Drive. The victim reported property was stolen from his vehicle.

6:59 p.m. Disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property -- Seven Shichi Sushi Bar, 28 E. Main St. A juvenile was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property and taken into custody.

7:26 p.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

8:28 p.m. Criminal damage to property, phone harassment -- First block of Blackburn Drive. William H. Hunt was arrested on two outstanding nontraffic citations that were signed on July 6 for phone harassment and criminal damage to property. He was taken into custody.

11:22 p.m. Traffic stop, unlawful use of a weapon -- 100 block of North 47th Street. The suspect was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

11:45 a.m. Residential burglary -- 500 block of East B Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence.

1:02 p.m. Residential burglary -- 7600 block of West Main Street. The victim reported forced entry to her residence and property was stolen.

2:25 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1000 block of Cool Valley Drive. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

5:16 p.m. Domestic battery, attempted robbery -- 900 block of West C Street. The victim reported she was allegedly battered by her boyfriend/suspect. The suspect also attempted to take her purse.

6:13 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:27 p.m. Theft -- First block of North 45th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence.

8:29 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1000 block of Belle Valley Drive. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:29 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1000 block of Belle Valley Drive. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:54 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1000 block of Belle Valley Drive. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

9:34 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 500 block of West Adams. The victim reported a rock was thrown through a window on his residence and a window on his vehicle was broken out.

11:05 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of South High Street. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:11 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 2100 block of West A Street. The victim reported his vehicle had been entered and the console had been rummaged through.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 31

4:35 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 600 block of Bornman. The victim reported the back window was damaged on his vehicle.

9:31 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1000 block of Union Avenue. The victim reported a rock was thrown at a window of the residence causing damage.

10:10 a.m. Criminal trespass to residence -- 600 block of Mascoutah Ave. The victim reported the suspect entered her residence without permission. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for trespassing against the suspect.

11:21 a.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Employees reported a subject stole merchandise from the business.

6:06 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Patty Everly, 41, was arrested for retail theft.

7:28 p.m. Domestic battery -- Townhouse Motel, 400 S. Illinois. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

2:24 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- 300 block of West C Street. Thomas Flakes, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, JULY 31

Duane A. Reams, 26, of 1101 Kanner St., East Alton arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled susbstance on or about May 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Reams allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Christopher M. Mays Jr., 39, of 3104 Trudy Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of concealment of a homicidal death on or about Aug. 15, 2011, by St. Clair County sheriff. Mays allegedly, with the knowledge that Melvin Gregory had died by homicidal means, knowingly concealed the death of Gregory by cleaning up blood evidence from the back of a Ford Windstar van at 8814 Bunkum Road, Caseyville; and burning bloody clothing at 515 Valley View Drive in Millstadt.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

Randy D. Frison, 26, of 1824 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 31 by Cahokia police. Frison allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Vashawn Milton, located at 107 Blue Water, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft.

FRIDAY, AUG. 2

Patrick D. Davis, 44, of 705 N. 41st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about July 31 by East St. Louis police. Davis allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Patricia A. Lovell, 41 of 314 S. St. Clair St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to delivery cannabis on or about Aug. 1 by Lebanon police. Lovell allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Roy V. Wright, 56, of 802 N. 24th St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of driving while license suspended or revoked, subsequent on or about June 12 by Illinois State Police. Wright allegedly drove a 1987 gray Buick on 25th Street in East St. Louis, at a time when the defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended/revoked on April 25, 2008.

Darnice O. Carson, 19, of 4728 Tudor Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 31 by Fairview Heights police. Carson allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Edward and Vanessa Russell, located at 1300 Leona Drive in Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft.

Naykkia D. Turner, 32, of 625 S. 46th St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about July 31 by Fairview Heights police. Turner allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Edward and Venessa Russell, located at 1300 Leona Drive, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft.

Joshua A. Lercher, 17, of 308 S. Clinton St., New Athens, arrested on suspicion of burglary between July 27 and July 31 by New Athens police. Lercher allegedly entered a motor vehicle of Darren A. Fizer, located at 303 S. Jameson St., New Athens, with the intent to commit theft.

Patrick W. Cuddy, 28, of 501 Rosebud Lane No. 6 Troy, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about June 13 by Illinois State Police. Cuddy allegedly drove a red Kia on 13th Street, East St. Louis, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Delawrence O. Foggy, 25, of 306 S. Leonard, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, aggravated battery, aggravated fleeing subsequent offense and resisting a police officer on or about Aug. 1 by Cahokia police. Foggy allegedly, with the intent to commit the offense of murder, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that the defendant, without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to David Heine, the defendant drove his vehicle while Heine's arm was trapped in the vehicle and dragged Heine approximately 75 feet, and such actions constitute a substantial step toward the commission of the murder of Heine; knowingly caused bodily harm to Heine, in that the defendant drove his vehicle approximately 75 feet, while Heine's arm was trapped in the vehicle, thereby dragging Heine and causing injury to his arm, knowing Heine to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; while operating a motor vehicle, a 2001 Ford Mustang, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Kyle Waddington, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights, which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing Foggy to bring said 2001 Ford Mustang to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, Foggy traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit; knowingly obstructed the performance of Heine of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Foggy, knowing Heine to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that the defendant fled as Heine was attempting to arrest him for a felony warrant and thereby caused injury to Heine's arm. Foggy was convicted of two counts of aggravated fleeing on March 28, 2011.

Elton R. Moore Jr., 39, of 4053 Mississippi, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on revoked license on or about March 6, 2012, by Centreville police. Moore allegedly drove a white 2000 Ponitac on Gay Street in Centreville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

George S. Beck, 30, of 112 Leonard, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and felony possession of a weapon on or about July 31 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Beck allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being one black leather wallet and $100 U.S. currency, from the person of Jerome Johnson, by threatening the imminent use of force; a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed a Rossi .38-caliber revolver. Defendant had been previously convicted of home invasion on Jan. 12, 2005.

Deonte T. Hill, 35, of 1934 Lawrence Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and felony possession of a weapon on or about July 31 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Hill allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being one black leather wallet and $100 U.S. currency, from the person of Jerome Johnson, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly possessed a Rossi .38-caliber revolver. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on July 23, 2008.

Morgan A. Finck, 20, of 206 N. Beaird 1, Columbia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about Aug. 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Finck allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Frank A. Zdanowski III, 404 N. St. Paul St., Columbia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on or about Aug. 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Zdanowski allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Corey M. Hays, 22, of 215 S. Jefferson St., Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 1 by Mascoutah police. Hays allegedly entered into the vehicle of Nicole Wolf, a 2001 Jeep, with the intent to commit theft.
