BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

7:22 a.m. Disorderly conduct, arrest -- 300 block of Kansas. Mark T. Minemann, 36, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

8:32 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Scarlet Drive. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

10:32 a.m. Resisting a police officer, obstructing identification -- North 15th Street and West E Street. A juvenile was arrested for resisting a police officer and obstructing identification and taken into custody.

11:41 a.m. Cruelty to animals -- parking lot, 2525 Green Mount Commons. Leonard Grayer, 42, was arrested for cruelty to animals.

1:04 p.m. Domestic battery -- 700 block of Logan Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

2:22 p.m. Deceptive practice, fraud -- 2800 block of Brookmeadow. The victim reported receiving a forged check for an item she had sold via the Internet.

4:01 p.m. Battery -- 300 block of West Lincoln. The victim reported being grabbed by the arm by the suspect.

5:35 p.m. Unlawful visitation interference -- Eckert's, 951 S. Greenmount Road. The suspect failed to show up for a scheduled child exchange. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for unlawful visitation interference.

6:24 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 2700 block of Godfrey. The victim reported the suspect violation an active order of protection.

6:38 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- First block of Ben Louis. The victim reported the suspect violated an active order of protection.

8:59 p.m. Criminal trespass to property -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. John Ellis, 47, was arrested for trespassing and taken into custody.

10:23 p.m. Burglary -- 120 Carlyle Ave. Officers responded to an alarm at the old Wal-Mart building and discovered a window at the rear of the building was broken out.

FRIDAY, AUG. 2

1:28 a.m. Traffic stop, driving while revoked, possession of stolen registration sticker, investigation of theft -- 500 block of North 1st Street. The driver/suspect was arrested for driving while revoked and taken into custody.

3:06 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 200 block of North 11th Street. A suspect was arrested for burglary to vehicle and taken into custody.

4:56 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South Virginia. A suspect was arrested for burglary to vehicle and taken into custody.

8:30 a.m. Theft -- 3700 block of West Main Street. The victim reported property was stolen from his yard.

10:18 a.m. Unlawful use of credit card -- Lindenwood University, 2600 W. Main St. The victim reported a credit card was stolen and used without her permission.

12:07 p.m. Theft -- 3000 block of Martha. The victim reported a go cart was stolen from his carport.

2:28 p.m. Retail theft -- Auto Zone, 5951 W. Main St. The store manager reported merchandise had been stolen.

2:53 p.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. The suspect was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, AUG. 3

12:03 a.m. Disorderly conduct, curfew violation -- Circle K, 10 S. Belt West. A juvenile was arrested for curfew violation. Leslie Williams, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

1:44 a.m. Criminal trespass to property, resisting a police officer -- Big Daddy's, 313 E. Main St. Stephan Scott, 22, was arrested for trespassing and resisting a police officer. He was taken into custody.

5:12 a.m. Residential burglary -- 300 block of West H Street. The victims reported the residence was entered and property was stolen.

1:47 p.m. Theft -- 300 block of North 49th Stret. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence.

2:02 p.m. Theft -- First block of Arapaho. The victim reported property was stolen from his carport.

2:46 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of North High Street. The victim reported a window and storm door to his residence was damaged.

9:13 p.m. Violation of stalking, no contact order -- 300 block of Kansas Avenue. The victim reported the suspect yelled at her, violating the active no stalking/no contact order.

10:30 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of Forest Avenue. The victim reported her property was stolen from the residence.

10:35 p.m. Retail theft -- Circle K. 2709 W. Main St. An employee reported a subject stole merchandise from the business.

11:48 p.m. Domestic battery -- 700 block of Freeburg Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

SUNDAY, AUG. 4

1:34 a.m. Criminal trespass to property --Big Daddy's, 313 E. Main St. Cory Rose, 23, was arrested for trespassing and taken into custody.

1:49 a.m. Traffic accident, aggravated driving under the influence -- First block of North Deleware. After hitting a residence with his vehicle, the driver/suspect was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

3:53 a.m. Interrupted vehicle burglary -- 100 block of Carlyle Avenue. While patrolling, an officer observed a subject next to a vehicle with the driver's side door open. The subject fled the area.

4:53 a.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- First block of North 14th Street. Michael Watts, 20, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and taken into custody.

6:45 a.m. Theft -- 4500 block of West Main Street. The victim reported falling asleep while on a bus. When she awoke property was missing from her purse.

8:35 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Robin Hill Lane. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

9:06 a.m. Theft -- 4300 block of Short Street. The victim reported a tire and rim were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in his driveway.

1:06 p.m. Attempted parental kidnapping -- 1700 block of Laurette. The suspect was arrested for an active warrant and further investigation. He was taken into custody.

6:17 p.m. Battery, disorderly conduct -- 300 block of North 11th Street. Carla O'Neal, 41, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. She was taken into custody.

6:20 p.m. Theft -- A-1 Med Car, 6600 W. Main St. The business owner reported the suspect did not reutrn a laptop, belonging to the company, upon her termination.

11:41 p.m. Drunkenness -- 700 block of North Illinois. Bob Judy, 60, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

MONDAY, AUG. 5

9:20 a.m. Violation of an order of protection, arrest -- 300 block of Kansas. Mark T. Minemann, 36, was arrested on an outstanding non traffic citation for violation of stalking/no contact. He was taken into custody.

11:30 a.m. Retail theft, arrest -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. The suspect was arrested for retail theft that occurred on July 12 and taken into custody.

12:05 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Bellevue Park, 301 N. 49th St. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

5:38 p.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. A juvinile was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:18 p.m. Criminal damage to property --400 block of Union Avenue. The victim reported his front screen door was damaged.

6:22 p.m. Retail theft --K-Mart, 1230 Westfield Plaza. Jessica L. Determan, 28, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

6:52 p.m. Dometic battery -- 500 block of South Illinois Street. The duspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

9:24 p.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Curtis Jordan, 42, was arrested for reatil theft and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, AUG. 6

1:05 a.m. Dop bite -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. The victim reported being attacked by two dogs. Animal Control took possession of the dogs.

3:33 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- First block of Granvue Drive. The reporting party stated his employer's truck was stolen from his driveway. The truck belongs to the city of East St. Louis Housing Authority, with the words "Housing Authority" on the driver's side door, tailgate and passenger's side door.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, AUG. 5

Latajhia M. Millender, 24, of 1052 Division, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery between May 1 and July 31 by East St. Louis police. Millender allegedly, a person who is at least 19 years of age, knowingly caused great bodily harm to a female minor in that he repeatedly squeezed the ribs of the female minor with such force as to cause in excess of 20 rib fractures.

Kendall L. Marshall, 25, of 5901 N. Park Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and aggravated battery on or about July 30 by Washington Park police. Marshall allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property being one purse and $120 U.S. currency, from Carolyn S. Pille, by the use of force; knowingly and by means of the discharging of a fiream caused injury to Pille in that said defendant shot her in the chest with a handgun.

Devante A. Bell, 21, of 1234 McCasland 6F, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on oar bout Aug. 2 by Belleville police. Bell allegedly entered into the motor vehicle of Warren Oberdieck, being a 2002 Chevy Silverado Truct, located at 624 S. Virginia, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Cortez I. Anthony, 20, of 179 Amelia Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, subsequent offense on or about Aug. 2 by Illinois State Police. Anthony allegedly carried on his person a .38 caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not ben issued a current valid FOID Card. Defendant had been previously convicted of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a a Weapon on Aug. 27, 2012.

Christopher J. Ford, 28, of 347 Texas, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated robbery on or about Aug. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Ford allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a molded black smooth bore steel barrel Daisy Pwerline 340 BB pistol, knowingly took property, and while indicating by his actions that he had a firearm took property, being U.S. currency, from the presence of Angela Turner and Jamilyn Pickrell, by threatening the use of force.

Nathanael A. Purvis, 32, of 1066 Old Stage Road, Adamsville, Tenn., arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Aug. 3 by Sauget police. Purvis allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Patrolman Scott Hedgpeth in that he headbutted Hedgpath in the mouth and bit him on the left hand/arm knowing Hedgpeth to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Joshua A. Wagner, 22, of 131 Roger Ave., #27, Swasnea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery on or about July 29 by the State's Attorney's office. Wagner allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly strangled Jessica M. Bunyard, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed Jessica M. Bunyard by the throat withhis hands and applied pressure, thereby impeding her normal breathing.

TUESDAY, AUG. 6

Daniel W. Amerson, 26, of 704 Sparks Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated battery on or about Aug. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Amerson allegedly, while armed dangerous weapon and while indicating by his actions that he had a firearm, a molded black smooth bore steel barrel Daisy Powerline 340 BB pistol, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from the presence of Angela Turner and Jamilyn Pickrell, by threatening the use immeinent of force.

Terry L. Scott, 44, of 136 Moberly Drive, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated robbery by Fairview Heights police. Amerson allegedly, while armed dangerous weapon and while indicating by his actions that he had a firearm, a molded black smooth bore steel barrel Daisy Powerline 340 BB pistol, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from the presence of Angela Turner and Jamilyn Pickrell, by threatening the use immeinent of force.

Tyrone Ross Jr., 19, of 4315 McCasland Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Aug. 5 by East St. Louis police. Ross allegedly carried in a vehicle a .22 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in hiw own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Montuelle F. Wright Jr., 21, of 450 N. 6th St., 19G, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Aug. 5 by East St. Louis police. Wright allegedly, carried in a vehicle a .40 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not bee issued a current valid FOID Card.

Jennifer E. Quinn, 53, of 804 S. 6th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about July 12 by Belleville police. Quinn allegedly took merchanidse from Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St., Belleville, being a can of coffee, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Reatil Theft on Aug. 3, 2000.
