The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, AUG. 16

8:35 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Glenview Drive. The victim reported a window on his vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

11:08 a.m. Graffiti -- City parking garage, 114 S. Chruch St. One of the Community Service Officers reported graffiti on the floor of the parking garage.

12:57 p.m. Graffiti -- 100 block of North Missouri. The victim reported graffiti spray painted on the side of her storage shed.

2:37 p.m. Fraud -- 500 block of South Pennsylvania. The victim reported being defrauded out of $500 by a subject in Jamaica.

6:25 p.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Antanisha Patterson, 22, and Shanelle Newson, 22, were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, AUG. 17

1:16 a.m. Theft -- North 6th at West C Street. The victim reported giving an unknown subject a ride. After the subject was dropped off, the victim discovered her wallet was missing from her purse.

4:20 a.m. Domestic battery -- First block of North 44th Street. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:58 a.m. Theft -- 800 block of Dewey. The victim reported the air conditioning unit was stolen from the back yard of the residence.

8 a.m. Retail theft -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Antonio McCoullough, 37, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

11:28 a.m. Theft -- First block of South 87th Street. The victim reported the air conditioning unit was stolen from the back yard within the last month.

11:51 a.m. Battery -- 1100 block of Dawn Drive. The victim reported the suspect struck him in the face with his fist.

1:28 p.m. Burglary -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported entry was forced to the locker and his property was stolen.

5:27 p.m. Battery -- 2700 block of Godfrey. The victim reported the suspect kicked him several times. The man signed a nontraffic citation for battery against the suspect.

8:40 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 500 block of Sunrise. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect was banging on her door and windows and has been harassing and threatening her. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for disorderly conduct against the suspect.

9:24 p.m. Drunkenness -- Townhouse Motel, 400 S. Illinois St. Michael Bobzin, 32, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

10:42 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of West Pheasantwood Drive. The victim reported observing the suspect damage her vehicle. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for criminal damage against the suspect.

11:42 p.m. Mob action, criminal damage to property -- Citizens Park, 341 Citizens Park Drive. Three victims reported fighting with several subjects at the park. One of the victims was acquainted with two of the suspects. The suspects allegedly struck two of the victim's cars with bats as they left the park.

SUNDAY, AUG. 18

8:18 a.m. Unlawful possession of alcoholic beverage -- 800 block of West Main Street. Darius L. Pierce, 19, was arrested for possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor and taken into custody.

1:08 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 7400 block of West Main Street. The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for possession of cannabis and taken into custody. A third occupant of the vehicle fled the scene.

6:07 p.m. Disorderly conduct (city fighting) -- 300 block of South 17th Street. Brittani R. Tuttle, 20, Sara L. Johnson, 53, and Tracy I. White, 59, were issued citations for disorderly conduct.

6:54 p.m. Burglary --1200 block of North 17th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her unsecured residence.

6:54 p.m. Domestic battery -- 500 block of West C Street. A woman reported the suspect battered her and threatened her and her family.

9:09 p.m. Assault, obstructing a peace officer -- South Side Park, 800 S. 6th St. Desinald L. Newbern, 38, was arrested for assault and obstructing a peace officer. Newbern was taken into custody.

10:42 p.m. Failure to comply, resisting a peace officer -- 400 block of North 37th St. Ricahrd A. Hedger, 41, was arrested for failure to comply and resisting a peace officer. He was taken into custody.

11:57 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1800 block of North Belt East. The victim reported the suspect damaged his personal property and vehicle.

MONDAY, AUG. 19

1:43 a.m. Battery -- North Church Street and East A Street. Katlin Rosciglione, 26, was arrested for battery and taken into custody. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for battery against a second subject who was not on scene.

1:59 a.m. Domestic battery --700 block of George Street. The victim reported he and the suspect got into a verbal argument, at which time she allegedly battered him.

2:57 a.m. Aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, battery, disorderly conduct -- Steak N Shake, 4320 W. Main St. Four subjects were arrested for disorderly conduct, mob action and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. All subjects were taken into custody.

4:09 a.m. Retail theft --Circle K, 1001 E. Main St. During a pedestrian check, the suspect found to have merchandise that belonged to Circle K. The suspect was arrested for an active warrant and taken into custody. Circle K was contacted and it was discovered the merchandise was stolen. Management singed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for retail theft.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, AUG. 16

Jarius A. Turner, 28, of 120 Ashland, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school on or about May 30 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Turner allegedly, while within 1,000 feet of a elementary school, Annette Harris Officer Elementary School, located at 558 N. 27th St., East St. Louis; Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, located at 820 Royal Heights Road, Belleville, delivery to Illinois State Police Special Agent, less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Kordale A. Cotton, 20, of 6 Lakeland Blvd., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminals exual abuse between June 1 and July 31 by Shiloh police. Cotton allegedly committed aggravated criminal sexual abuse on a female minor.

Tyron L. Howard, 34, of 125 Chevy Chase Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon on or about Aug. 14 by Belleville police. Howard allegedly made physical contact with Eugene Jones in that he grabbed and struck him, knowing him to be a police officer, battered to prevent or in retailiation for performing his/her official duties; a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person firearm ammunition and .40 caliber handgun ammunition. The defendant had been previously convicted of attempted burglary on Oct. 21, 2009.

Jockia L. Combs, 20, of 711 N. Euclid 626, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 15 by Fairview Heights. Combs allegedly took merchandise from Macy's Inc., 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being assorted items of clothing, total retail value in excess of $300.

London M. Brown, 21, of 1827 Jay Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery on or about July 22 by Belleville police. Brown allegedly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from Amanda K. Holton and Leslie L. Martin, acting as an employee of Circle K, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Shay O. Bennett, 24, of 80 N. 80th St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about Aug. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bennett allegedly took property, being a wallet containing U.S. currency, from Donald J. Otness, by the use of force.

Kaitlyn Fultz, 18, of 615 Gilbert St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about Aug. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fultz allegedly took property being a wallet containing U.S. currency, from Donald J. Otness, by the use of force.

Darryl L. Jones, 18, of 10 S. Embassy Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about Aug. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jones allegedly took property, being a wallet containing U.S. currency, from Donald J. Otness, by the use of force.

Traseana D. Parks, 17, of 120 Glenwood Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about Aug. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Parks allegedly took property, being a wallet containing U.S. currency, from Doanld J. Otness, by the use of force.

Deontre Samuels, 20, of 306 E. Washington St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of robbery on or about Aug. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Samuels allegedly took property, being a wallet containing U.S. currency, from Donald J. Otness, by the use of force.

Lisa A. Smith, 53, of 101 Oakwood Drive, Collisnville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about July 12 by Collinsville. Smith allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Frank Arnold, in that she struck him about the head and neck with her hand knowing Frank Arnold to be an emergency medical technician, engaged int he performance of his authorized duties.

Robert L. Chavez, 58, 19 Stratford Way, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection on or about Aug. 3 by Swansea police. Chavez allegedly, having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant came within 500 feet of petitioner Savannah Roesch's place of employemnt, being Quick-Cash, located at 2708 N. Illinois, Swansea. Defendant had been previously convicted of Violation of an Order of Protection on Dec. 9, 2011.
