BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, AUG 19

7:23 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of West Pheasantwood. The victim reported the driver's window was broken out and all tires were deflated on her vehicle.

8:15 a.m. Theft -- Parking lot, 2128 E. Belle. The victim reported property was stolen from his open trailer while it was parked in the parking lot.

10:26 a.m. Domestic battery --1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

11:14 a.m. Burglary to garage -- 1400 block of Lebanon Avenue. The victim reported property was stolen from his unsecured garage.

1:17 p.m. Aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis -- 2100 block of East Belle. Three subjects were arrested and taken into custody.

3:06 p.m. Residential burlgary -- 300 block of North 46th Street. The victim reported forced entry was attempted at the front door to the residence and a back window was broken out.

6:23 p.m. Domestic battery -- First block of Friendly Drive. The victim reported her husband allegedly battered and threatened her.

8:01 p.m. Theft -- 9000 block of Lebanon Road. The victim reported the spare tire to his vehicle was stolen off the back of the vehicle.

TUESDAY, AUG. 20

1:11 a.m. Criminal trespass to property -- 500 block of South 22nd Street. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for trespassong.

1:35 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- O'Reilly's, 1000 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

2:04 a.m. Violation of park regulations -- Ever and Anon Park, 600 E. Main St. Anthony Kelly, 44, was arrested for vioalting park regulations and park curfew. He was taken into custody.

2:06 a.m. Retail theft, arrest -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. The suspect was arrested for a retail theft that occurred on Aug. 12. He was taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, AUG. 16

Mark L. Taylor, 20, of 809 N. 41st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 10 by Cahokia police. Taylor allegedly entered into a motor vehicle, a 1999 GMC Yukon, of Carlton Davis, located at 1614 Parkland, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft.

Justin M. Filson, 32, of 3134 Cumberland 4, Springfield, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Aug. 16 by Sauget police. Filson allegedly, in committing a battery, knowinlgy caused harm to Jorden Basford, in that he struck him in the head with a glass.

Deaundrae D. Liddell, 24, of homeless, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 12 by Centreville police. Liddell allegedly, entered a building, a school, being the JTC Academy, located at 4850 Market Ave., Centreville, with the intent to commit theft.

MONDAY, AUG. 19

Anthony T. Middlebrook, 28, of 4 Fox Meadow Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of predatory criminal sexual assault on or about Aug. 4 by East St. Louis police. Middlebrook allegedly committed an act of sexual assault with a female minor, date of birth, Aug. 24, 2006.

John K. Hendricks, 26, of 5104 Sycamore Springs Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and resisting or obstructing a peace officer on or about Aug. 17 by Brooklyn police. Hendricks allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; obstructed the performance of Dean Anderson of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the execution of field sobriety tests, knowing Anderson to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that the defendant fled on foot from the officer after being asked to exit his vehicle.

Erick D. Turner, 26, of 204 S. Fritz St., Apt. B, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of church property; criminal fortification; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis on or about Aug 16 by Lebanon police. Turner allegedly, while within 1,000 feet of church property, being St. Paul United Church of Christ, located at 123 E. Dee St., Lebanon, knowingly delivered to a confidential source less than 1 gram of a substance containing cocaine on Aug. 11 and Aug. 13; with the intent to prevent entry of law enforcement officers, maintained a residence at 204 S. Fritz St., Lebanon, in a fortified condition, knowing that such a building was used for delivery of cocaine; knowing possessed a scale, on Aug. 16, and a water pipe, items of drug paraphernalia, with the intent to use that scale in preparing cocaine; and had in his possession more than 2.5 but less than 10 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Benjamin L. Palmer, 53, of 112 Miskell, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Aug. 18 by Cahokia police. Palmer allegedly took merchandise from Shop 'N Save, located at 1028 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being one bottle of vodka, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft March 30, 2004.

Kevin A. Wren, 17, of 9 S. Embassy St., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of three counts of aggravated battery on or about July 23 by Cahokia police. Wren allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Kayla B. Wren, a pregnant person, in that he struck her in the face with his fist; grabbed her by the hair with his hands; and threw her to the ground.

Michael R. Lewis Jr., 31, of 1154 Price St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about Aug. 18 by East St. Louis police. Lewis allegedly, a person convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed about his person a Smith & Wesson revolver. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary Nov. 17, 2008.

Candace C. Burries, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no driver's license and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.
