The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, AUG. 26

9:40 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 300 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported the trim on window of his vehicle was damaged.

9:59 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 2500 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported forced entry was made to her residence.

11:51 a.m. Attempted burglary -- Citizens Park, 341 Citizens Park Drive. A Parks Department employee reported unknown person(s) attempted to pry open a rear door to one of the buildings.

1:27 p.m. Attempted theft -- 1600 block of North Church Street. The victim reported a suspect knocked on her front door and then her back door. She did not answer the door. The suspect then attempted to take property from the side of the residence. When confronted, the male stated he had permission from the city of Belleville to take the property. The victim told him to leave and he complied.

2:09 p.m. Missing person -- 200 block of South 17th Street. Benjamin E. Wilson, 47, a white male, 6-foot, 2-inches, 250 pounds, and described as having severe mental disabilities, was reported missing. He was last seen on Aug. 24. Wilson may have possibly been en route to Red Bud.

2:37 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of North 14th Street. The victim reported property was stolen from the bed of his pickup truck.

6:58 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 2000 block of Lake. Timothy Jarrett, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

8:24 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Lebanon Road at Dutch Hollow. The occupants of the vehicle/suspects, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

9:25 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 5400 block of North Belt West. The suspect was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and taken into custody.

10:38 p.m. Drunkenness -- Bus stop, North Sixth Street and West Main Street. Daryl Bean, 52, was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

6:29 a.m. Burglary to vehicle, criminal damage to property -- First block of South 87th Street. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) forced entry to her vehicle and damaged the interior of the vehicle.

2:05 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- 4300 block of West Main Street. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

6:22 p.m. Domestic battery -- First block of Rue Deau Ville. The victim reported his brother/suspect allegedly battered and threatened him.

6:46 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Three juveniles were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

7:28 p.m. Criminal damage to property, criminal trespass -- Townhouse Motel, 400 S. Illinois St. Calure Jones, 35, was issued a non traffic citation for criminal damage to property. Michael Bobzin, 32, was arrested for criminal trespass to property and taken into custody.

11:24 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- South Belt West at State Street. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28

12:08 a.m. Armed robbery -- First block of Royal Heights Center. The victims reported they were approached by an armed man with a handgun. The suspect stole their property and fled on foot.

12:37 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- Townhouse Motel, 400 S. Illinois St. Bhikhabhai Patel, 63, was issued a non traffic citation for disorderly conduct.

12:52 a.m. Domestic battery -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, AUG. 26

Keithen D. Chairs, 17, of 113 Behrens Ave., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 21 by O'Fallon police. Chairs allegedly entered into the motor vehicle, a red 1988 GMC pickup truck, of Tanya Riviore, located at 206 Carson Drive, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Tenesha S. Glass, 19, of 304 Biggs Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 22 by O'Fallon police. Glass allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being sheet sets, candleholders, body wash and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Raven B. Johnson, 20, of 204 Biggs Drive, Apt. B, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Aug. 22 by O'Fallon police. Johnson allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being sheet sets, candleholders, body wash and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Stanley R. Whittaker, 48, of 202 N. Ninth St., East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about Aug. 24 by East Carondelet police. Whittaker allegedly made physical contact with Donavan Lopez, a family/household member, by punching him in the face. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Oct. 15, 2004.

Kyle D. Wisneski, 25, of 1807 E. A St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery between Aug. 24 and Aug. 25 by New Athens police. Wisneski allegedly made physical contact with Jacqlyn Laumbattus, a family/household member, by throwing a TV and her and hitting her in the arm. Defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on April 29, 2011.

Denise McNeal, 43, of 2025 Ranchdale, Jennings, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Dec. 30, 2011, by Fairview Heights police. McNeal allegedly, in committing a battery, and while at The Red Lobster Restaurant, a public place, made physical contact with Heather Brown Frink, in that she struck Heather about her head and back with her hands; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, struck Heather Brown Frink about the head and back with her hands thereby inflicting injury to her.

Lareka McNeal, 29, of 4006 N. Newstead, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Dec. 30, 2011, by Fairview Heights police. McNeal allegedly, in committing a battery, and while at The Red Lobster Restaurant, a public place, made physical contact with Heather Brown Frink, in that she struck Heather about her head and back with her hands; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, struck Heather Brown Frink about the head and back with her hands thereby inflicting injury to her.

Diane Ryland, 50, of 861 Cernicek St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Dec. 30, 2011, by Fairview Heights police. Ryland allegedly, in committing a battery, and while at The Red Lobster Restaurant, a public place, made physical contact with Heather Brown Frink, in that she struck Frink about her head and back with her hands; knowingly and by the use of force and violence, struck Heather Brown Frink about the head and back with her hands thereby inflicting injury to her.

Blake A. Giles, 28, of 121 Big Ben Blvd., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about Aug. 25 by East St. Louis police. Giles allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony , knowingly possessed in a vehicle a firearm. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance on Aug. 30, 2004.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

Aaron D. Wallace, 31, of 324 N. 69th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about Aug. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wallace allegedly drove a 1994 Ford pickup truck on State Street in East St. Louis, at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Nov. 20, 2012.

Matthew A. Hurley, 26 of 5655 LRC Road, Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Aug. 25 by Marissa police. Hurley allegedly carried in a vehicle a 9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card.

Sean J. Conner, 27, of 5022 Forest Blvd., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about Aug. 27 by Illinois State Police. Conner allegedly drove a maroon Chevrolet on Forest Blvd. in Washington Park, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked. Defendant has been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Aug. 20, 2010.

Minyon McClure Jr., 30, of 6004 Church Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of forgery on or about Aug. 12 by Cahokia police. McClure allegedly, with the intent to defraud, knowingly delivered to U.S. Bank, located at 1050 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Flora McClure, said document being a check of Flora McClure and Minyon McClure drawn on the U.S. Bank, payable to Minyon McClure Jr. in the amount of $200, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Ricky J. Cole, 52, of 209 Art St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection on or about Aug. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cole allegedly, after having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly violate that order, in that he was at the residence located at 2907 Black Lane, Collinsville, a protected address. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on April 17, 2012.

Ernest T. Washington, 28, of 603 W. Madison St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent and interference in reporting domestic violence on or about July 22 by O'Fallon police. Washington allegedly made physical contact with Kacey Rivoire, a family/household member, in that defendant punched her in the face and grabbed her by the neck, then attempted to prevent Kacey from calling 911 by pulling the phone in the hotel room out of the wall and taking her cellphone with him when he left the hotel room. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on July 25, 2006.

Jeffery W. Moody, 24, of 9912 Memory Lane, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, interference reporting domestic violence and cruelty to animals on or about Aug. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Moody allegedly, made physical contact with Cheryl Moody, a family/household member, in that he put his hands around her neck impeding her breathing, he pushed her against a wall, knowingly prevented her from making a report to any law enforcement official in that he took a her cellphone and knowingly mistreated the dog belonging to her in that he choked her dog.

Rodney L. Chavis Jr., 22, of 402 S. First St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of violation of a stalking no contact order, subsequent on or about Aug. 22 by Belleville police. Chavis allegedly, having obtained knowledge of the contents of a stalking no contact order, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the no contact order in that said defendant walked by the petitioner's residence and was within less than 500 feet of the protected residence, located in the 600 block of South Jackson Street in Belleville. Defendant had been previously convicted of violation of a stalking no contact order on April 5.

Robert C. Donze, 32, of 207 Nottingham Way, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Aug. 26 by St. Clair County sheriff. Donze allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

William C. Reed, 29, of 507 N. Sixth St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or about Aug. 25 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Reed allegedly, a person who was the driver of a black 2012 Yamaha FZ-8 and who was not entitled to possession of said vehicle and who knew that the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer who had signaled said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop.

Joseph J. Lashlee, 40, of Conifer, Colo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.
