The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, SEPT. 16

8:41 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Chamberlain Court. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and the suspect(s) attempted to remove the stereo.

9:27 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Belleville Machine Shop, 403 N. Seventh St. The victim reported two windows were broken out and believes area juveniles are responsible.

11:55 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 500 block of Garden Boulevard. The victim reported his vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

2:22 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Loss prevention reported on Sept. 11 and Sept. 14 a woman stole merchandise.

6:11 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Brittany at Brentmoor. The driver/suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

7:01 p.m. Retail theft -- Kmart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Store security reported a man stole merchandise from the business.

7:30 p.m. Theft -- Belleville Township High School West, 4063 Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported property was stolen while she was at a school function.

8:08 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of Polk. The victim reported forced entry was made to his vehicle and property was stolen.

10:17 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1700 block of West Belle. The reporting party observed two men near the rear of a residence. Officers discovered a rear door and garage door were damaged.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, SEPT. 17

David L. Lockridge, 42, of 1810 Cambridge Lane, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a police officer on or about Aug. 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lockridge allegedly, made physical contact with Anthony LeFlore in that said defendant placed him in a headlock, knowing him to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties.

Donald Fenton, 41, of 2718 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about June 29 by East St. Louis police. Fenton allegedly, entered into the building, a shed, of Charles Welch, located at 460 N. 25th St., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Rod J. Jones, 30, of 1530 E. Broadway, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and obstructing identification on or about Sept. 7 by East St. Louis police. Jones allegedly, entered a building, doing business as Pawn Pros Shop, of Neil Scognamiglio, located at 1116 State St., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly furnished a false name to Sgt. John Leslie, a peace officer, who has lawfully arrested said defendant.

David E. Fields, 17, of 1101 Five Forks, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery on or about Sept. 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fields allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact with Jacob Hoffman, in that he kicked him in the legs with his foot knowing him to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly made physical contact with Robert Boehm, in that he kicked him in the legs with his foot knowing him to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties.

Carlos G. Luna, 26, of 1943 Chevy Chase, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse between Sept. 14 and Sept. 15 by Caseyville police. Luna allegedly committed an act of sexual abuse with a female minor.

Jamarico R. Franklin, 34, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Corliss O. Davis, 36, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jahme C. Taylor, 19, of Centreville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lanny R. Moses, 28, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Brenden L. Ellerbrock, 18, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Donna R. Tiller, 47, of Madison, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Jamie L. King, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of battery by Belleville police.

Dawn M. Woolfolk, 47 of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bruce W. Womack, 31, of Pontoon Beach, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Jason B. Arnold, 28, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Haley N. Whitten, 19, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Antoine Mosby, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dremond M. Freeman, 21, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Dandre C. Cotton, 29, address unknown, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Teran D. Jeffries, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rod J. Jones, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Faheem R. Elamin, 23, of Centreville, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Taneka L. Price, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Anthony A. Perryman, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Shiloh police.

Geran J. Anderson, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Michael A. Hart, 48, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by East St. Louis police.

Alysha J. Irons, 23, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marquell A. Thompson, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Sergio R. Salter, 31, of Centralia, arrested on suspicion of parole violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
