Hillcrest High School in Simpson, S.C., was recently called out on its use of a high school history textbook entitled, "The Americans." Specifically, in an overview of the Bill of Rights, the textbook lumps the Second and Third amendments together as one. It states citizens have "the right to bear arms as a member of a militia of citizen-soldiers, and prevents the government from housing troops in private homes in peacetime."

Another textbook titled, "United States History: Preparing for the advanced placement examination, a corollary to Common Core's agenda," gives similar misinformation (read: lie) to high school students.

So parents/grandparents, if you don't want little Johnny or Joanie to become part of the Hitler-Jugend (Hitler youth), I would strongly urge you to review what is being taught to them in school. Call your school and find out what textbooks they are using. Progressives have infiltrated the very core of our society. Even Hitler knew that the best way to bring down a society was through the children. We must put a stop to this stuff now.
