BACK-2-BACK PROGRAMS -- Back-2-Back Baseball & Softball Training in Highland offering: Pitchers Velocity Program with former St. Louis Cardinals minor league pitcher Cale Johnson is 6-7 p.m. and 7:30-8:45 p.m. Sept. 25 and Oct. 2 and Oct. 9.Fall hitting leagues begin Oct. 5 with weekly games for six weeks, including two weeks of playoffs. Top finishing team receives free entry into the next available hitting league; second place receives discounted entry fee. Fall Junior Sluggers Program for players in grades 3-5 are 5 p.m. Oct. 6, Oct. 13, Oct. 20 and Oct. 27. Fee: $100. FAMILY SPORTSPLEX EVENTS -- The Family Sportsplex in Belleville is offering a Skills and Drills basketball camp for boys and girls in grades 4-9 will run every Wednesday through Nov. 13; $10 per session. Basketball shooting lessons are being given by Mike Juenger every Wednesday through Nov. 20 for boys and girls in grades 5-12 and are $10 per lesson.
