The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

wednesDAY, OCT. 2

Elricko R. Mosley Jr., 30, of 306 N. 69th St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about Aug. 16 by East St. Louis police. Mosely allegedly, possessed on his person a .380 caliber handgun. The defendant had been previously convicted of Forgery on March 22, 2006.

Kari S. Smith, 25, of 105 San Mateo, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer and endangering the life of a child on or about Sept. 28 by Cahokia police. Smith allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a silver 2005 Honda, was given a visual signal by a police office, Dane Luke, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said silver 2004 Honda to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit; and disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop lights willfully caused the life of a child under the age of 18 years, to be endangered in that said defendant operated a motor vehicle, a silver 2004 Honda while the minor child was a passenger in the vehicle.

Jessica L. Robertson, 22, of 604 Falling Leaf Way, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of burglary and obstructing justice on or about Oct. 1 by O'Fallon police. Robertson allegedly, entered into the motor vehicle, a white 2011 Ford Explorer, of Kumsu Satteries, located at 108 Regency Park, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; with the intent to obstruct the prosecution of Jessica Robertson for the offenses of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Controlled Substances, knowingly destroyed physical evidence, in that she flushed what was purported to be cannabis and heroin down a toilet at the O'Fallon Police Department.

Linsay V. Schoyck, 21, of 648 Royal Crest Way, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on or about Oct. 1 and Aug. 1 by O'Fallon police. Schoyck allegedly, entered into the motor vehicle, a white 2011 Ford Explorer, of Kumsu Satterlee, located at 108 Regency Park, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Jeffrey V. Paine Jr., 28, of 1159 Jones Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence on or about Dec. 21, 2012 by East St. Louis police. Paine allegedly, while acting in a reckless manner, performed acts likely to cause death or great bodily harm to some individual in that he operated a motor vehicle, a red 2002 Cadillac Escalade, along the 300 block of North 26th St., East St. Louis, and in doing so, drove into the oncoming lane of traffic, while under the influence of alcohol and collided with a vehicle in which Latricia Wilbourn was a passenger, thereby causing her death; drove a 2002 red Cadillac Escalade, along and upon the 300 block of North 26th St., East St. Louis, at a time when the defendant's blood alcohol content was .08 or more based on the definition of blood and breath units and while doing so was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle in which Latricia Wilbourn was an occupant, and was a proximate cause of her death.

William L. Dicus, 34 of 5639 Cherokee Lane, House Springs, Mo., arrested on suspicion of attempted aggravated robbery on or about Sept. 30 by East St. Louis police. Dicus allegedly, performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in the William L. Dicus, while indicating by his actions and words to Mae Phillips, a female, date of birth, Dec. 5, 1938, that he had a dangerous weapon, grabbed at a slot voucher in Mae Phillips' hand and did so while threatening the imminent use of force.

Kristen A. Miles, 21, of 1434 Hanft Road, Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and forgery on or about Sept. 30 by Freeburg police. Miles allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly made physical contact of a provoking nature with Kelli Wisneski, a physically handicapped person, in that she struck her about the face with her hand; and with the intent to defraud, knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in hat is was purported to have been made by another, The Department of Treasury, said document being a $100 bill, signed by the Treasurer of the U.S. and the Secretary of Treasury, knowing the document to have been thus made.

Jennifer E. Seago, 31, of 2452 Illinois Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about Oct. 1 by Fairview Height police.. Seago allegedly, exerted control over property of Normajean McKune, being a gold and diamond ring, total value in excess of $500.

Brittney T. Griffin-Walker, 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Angelica E. Moore, 26, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.
