The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, SEPT. 27

3:27 a.m. Traffic stop, unlawful altering of registration sticker -- 5700 block of North Belt West. The driver (suspect) was arrested and taken into custody.

7:44 a.m. Theft -- 2000 block of Roosevelt. The victim reported property was stolen from his backyard.

9:34 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The reporting party stated her father/victim's vehicle was damaged when the tires were slashed and words were scratched in the paint.

11:10 a.m. Criminal damage to property/assault -- China King, 5720 North Belt West. An employee/victim reported the suspect threw a glass tip jar at him, shattering the jar.

1:59 p.m. Theft -- 1100 block of Dawn Drive. The victim reported an air conditioning unit was stolen from the back yard.

8:33 p.m. Criminal trespass to vehicle, shed -- 100 block of Clearview Drive. The victim reported his unlocked shed and vehicles were entered and rummaged through.

9:29 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 4700 block of Beir Street. The victim reported the front window of her residence was damaged.

10:30 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 100 block of South 29th Street. The victim reported her ex-girlfriend/suspect called her numerous times in violation of an active order of protection.

11:07 p.m. Drunkenness -- 300 block of North 38th Street. Kevin Held was arrested for drunkenness and taken into custody.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 28

12:21 p.m. Theft -- Belleville Exchange Club, 404 Sycamore. The reporting party stated property was stolen from outside the Exchange Club.

1:35 p.m. Domestic battery -- 10000 block of Belle Valley. The suspects were arrested and taken into custody.

1:59 p.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Two juveniles were arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

5:10 p.m. Domestic battery -- First block of North Woodcrest. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

5:48 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- First block of Four Score Drive. Tejuana Simpson, 51, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

6:53 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Schatzes, 2301 E. Main St. The victim reported a window on his vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 29

11:33 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 2100 block of Scheel. The victim reported her drive was damaged.

1:16 p.m. Retail theft -- Office Max, 5875 Belleville Crossing. The manager reported an unknown white female stole merchandise.

3:21 p.m. Retail theft -- Office Depot, 20 Carlyle Plaza. The manager reported an unknown white female stole merchandise.

3:37 p.m. Dog at large -- 1100 block of Dawn Drive. The reporting party signed a non traffic citation for dog at large against the suspect.

6:29 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 120 Carlyle. A witness reported observing subjects on the roof of the building and damage to several windows. Fire Department responded and a search of the roof was conducted with negative results.

8:07 p.m. Attempted robbery -- First block of Scarlet near the walking path of Laderman Park. Two suspects were arrested for attempted robbery and taken into custody.

MONDAY, SEPT. 30

9:08 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 3000 block of Celebration Park Circle. The victim reported his 2004 Chevy Trailblazer was stolen.

10:36 a.m. Retail theft -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. Kayleigh Summers, 26, was arrested for retail theft and taken into custody.

12:31 p.m. Fraud -- 500 block of North 27th Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) used her debit card without her permission or knowledge.

2:06 p.m. Theft -- 2600 block of Cedar Grove Drive. The reporting party stated an air conditioning unit was stolen from a job site.

7:28 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Walgreens, 5890 North Belt West. The victim reported the rear window on his vehicle was broken out while he was in the store.

8:31 p.m. Domestic battery -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The victim reported she was allegedly battered by the suspect.

TUESDAY, OCT. 1

3:11 a.m. Burglary to vehicles -- First block of Sherwood Forest. A suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

10 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 100 block of South 23rd Street. Lindenwood University reported words scratched into drying concrete pads.

2:04 p.m. Theft -- 2600 block of Cedar Grove. The reporting party stated an air conditioning unit was stolen from the residence.

3:16 p.m. Suspicious incident -- 1500 block of East Main Street. The victim reported an unknown subject attempted to lure her into a vehicle.

4:49 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 100 block of East D Street. The victim reported his residence was broken into the property was stolen.

6 p.m. Theft of registration sticker -- 500 block of South Jackson. The victim reported the registration sticker was stolen off of her license plate.

10:43 p.m. Residential burglary -- 200 block of Brookmanor Court. The reporting party stated he observed three males enter a neighboring residence. Responding officers observed the suspects running from the rear of the residence. Officers accompanied by a St. Clair County Deputy apprehended two suspects. At 12:16 p.m. the third subject was located and taken into custody.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 2

12:21 a.m. Suspicious fire -- Johnston's Towing, 2460 W. Highway 161. The Fire Department responded to extinguish a vehicle on fire on the business' secure parking lot.

1:38 a.m. Attempted theft -- 1400 block of Bel Aire Drive. The reporting party stated she observed a male attempting to steal an air conditioning unit. Responding officers observed two males at the rear of the residence. They fled on foot and were not located.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, OCT. 4

Mykila M. Kizer, 22, of 1328 N. 44th St., 4A, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated domestic battery on or about July 29 by East St. Louis police. Kizer allegedly, caused permanent disfigurement to a minor, date of birth Nov. 7, 2006, in that she struck the minor, with an extension cord, causing numerous scars and markings across his back, torso and buttocks; whipped the minor child about his body with an electrical cord; struck the minor with an extension cord, causing numerous scars and markings across his back and torso.

Leangelo M. Newton, 30, of 3 Dora Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about March 11, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Newston allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine, a controlled substance.

Tasha J. Simmons, 23, of 4214 Sandy Ridge, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Sept. 29 by O'Fallon police. Simmons allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart Store, located at 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being a 23-inch Touch A10 Pavillion computer and a 20-touch Dell Touch A10 computer, total retail value in excess of $300.

Lorenzo C. Ivory, 47, of 57 Kingery Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about Oct. 3 by Belleville police. Ivory allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being $100 U.S. currency from Derrick A. Barnes by threatening imminent use of force.

Ronnell M. Hunter, 20, of 401 N. Church St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of weapon by a felon on or about Oct. 3 by East St. Louis police. Hunter allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, possessed on his person a 380 caliber handgun. The defendant has been previously convicted of Attempted Burglary on June 2, 2011.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

Iyesha S. Foster, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Duane L. Davis, 48, of El Cajon, Calif., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brendan F. Hickham, 30 of Glen Carbon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Celeste A. Wynn, 45, of Centreville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cecile B. Clark, 20, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Demetries T. Lewis, 32, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Codey R. Whaley, 26, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of battery and criminal trespass to land by Marissa police.

Robert J. Ham, 31, of Edwardsville, arrested on suspicion of battery, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to land by Marissa police.

Luis D. Dandrade, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, obstructing justice and traffic violation by Belleville police.

Kenneth B. Pickens, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and possession of cannabis by East St. Louis police.

Sha L. Brossett, 29, of St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Clemmie B. Scott, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to state supported property by East St. Louis police.

William D. Leroy, 48, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by East St. Louis police.

Travonte D. Ross, 18, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Jamal L. Wilson, 30, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.

Demarco L. Hawkins, 26, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Howard C. Campbell, 31, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Raynisha S. Vinson, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of battery by East St. Louis police.

Robert K. Taylor, 28, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jesse G. Morton, 65, of Centreville, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

William T. Rose, 24, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Claudeena W. Williams, 46, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of fraud by arresting agency unknown.

Lorenzo C. Ivory, 47, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Belleville police.

Joshua R. Jett, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

Michael S. Noll, 40, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Snowden M. Morton, 32, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Armand E. Manzy, 26, of West Haven, Utah, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tiffanie I. Miller, 25, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jenna M. McGlasson, 26, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Delano Tillman, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and warrant arrest by the St. Clair County sheriff.

Bashaun A. Randle, 31, of Cleveland, Ohio, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Courtney A. White, 29, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Freeburg police.

Delvin R. Miller, 28, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brittani R. Tuttle, 20, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Roger L. Miller, 55, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Taj D. Taylor, 21, of Belleville, multiple warrant arrest by Swansea police.
