The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 2

10:10 a.m. Criminal damage, attempted theft -- First block of Granvue. The victim reported unknown person(s) attempted to steal his air conditioner.

10:59 a.m. Burglary -- 300 block of Portland. The victim reported U.S. currency was stolen from his residence.

11:07 a.m. Domestic battery -- 300 block of North Charles. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly battered her.

12:55 p.m. Theft -- 1900 block of West A Street. The victim reported property was stolen from a trailer in his backyard.

7:56 p.m. Theft of mislaid property, unlawful use of credit card -- Game Stop, 2525 Green Mount Commons. The victim reported her credit card was used at the business without her permission.

9:37 p.m. Attempted burglary to garage -- 500 block of South Douglas. The victim reported unknown person(s) attempted to force his garage door open, damaging the garage door opener.

11:15 p.m. Traffic stop, aggravated unlawful use of weapon, possession of cannabis -- Illinois Route 161 and Royal Heights Road. The driver/suspect was arrested and taken into custody. A loaded firearm and cannabis were found.

11:45 p.m. Battery, theft -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The victim reported being battered by two suspects. The victim dropped her keys and one of the suspects stole them and fled.

THURSDAY, OCT. 3

4:57 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of West Pheasantwood. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly kicked in her bedroom door.

7:20 a.m. Criminal trespass, resisting -- 100 block of East Garfield. Darius Pierce, 19 and Phillip Nauden, 35, were arrested for trespassing. Nauden was also charged with resisting. Both subjects were taken into custody.

9:36 a.m. Burglary -- 600 block of East Grant. The reporting party stated unknown person(s) entered the residence and removed electrical wire and copper.

10:15 a.m. Theft -- DCFS, 1220 Centerville Ave. The victim reported property was removed from her wallet and that was at her workspace in the office overnight.

3:49 p.m. Attempted theft -- 1300 block of West Main Street. The victim reported observing a white male attempting to steal her outdoor grill.

9:44 p.m. Traffic stop, obstructing a peace officer -- Lebanon at Lake Christine. Luis Dandrade, 31, was arrested for obstructing a peace officer and taken into custody.

10:05 p.m. Mob action, criminal damage to property -- 600 block of West Monroe. The victim reported he was battered at a friend's house by an acquaintance/suspect. The victim alleged a second suspect broke out his rear vehicle window.

10:21 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- First block of Scarlet Drive. Jamal Williams, 28, was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken into custody.

FRIDAY, OCT. 4

12:52 a.m. Indecent exposure, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia -- Parking lot, 300 N. High St. Joshua Robinson, 25, was arrested and taken into custody.

1:19 a.m. Domestic battery -- First block of Creston Arms Court. The reporting party stated her daughter/victim was battered by her son/suspect.

7:26 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Mariknoll. The victim reported a window was broken out of his vehicle.

7:44 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Mariknoll. The victim reported a window was broken out of his vehicle.

7:46 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 600 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

11:10 a.m. Domestic battery, arrest -- First block of Creston Arms Court. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

6:13 p.m. Resisting, obstructing a peace officer, drunkenness -- Walmart parking lot, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Stephen A. Douglas, 55, was arrested and taken into custody.

6:30 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 100 block of Lauren Circle. The victim reported the glass in her sliding door was damaged.

7:09 p.m. Theft -- 500 block of North 41st Street. The victim reported her medication was stolen from her residence.

SATURDAY, OCT. 5

2:16 a.m. Accident, driving under the influence -- 900 block of East Main Street. Alexander J. Wellinghoff, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

2:26 a.m. Domestic battery -- 300 block of South Jackson. The suspect was arrested for domestic battery and taken into custody.

7:32 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 400 block of East B Street. The victim reported entry was made through an unlocked door, the residence was ransacked and property was stolen. A suspect was taken into custody.

11:22 p.m. Driving under the influence -- West Bound Illinois Route 15 at South 74th Street. Carlin L. McCoy, 42, was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into custody.

SUNDAY, OCT. 6

2:15 a.m. Pedestrian under the influence, disorderly conduct -- 1300 block of West Main Street. Gregory J. Rowe, 23, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence and disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody.

2:25 a.m. Accident, possession of a controlled substance -- 1800 block of Lebanon Avenue. The occupants were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.

11:04 a.m. Robbery -- Alleyway 300 block of North Illinois Street. The victim reported he was battered by a subject, who then took his money.

5:45 p.m. Battery, mob action -- First block of North 8th Street. The juvenile victims reported being approached by 9-10 females. The group of females began throwing rocks and battered one of the victims.

10:34 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of South 14th Street. The victim reported his gas grill was stolen from the porch of his residence.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, SEPT. 7

Christopher E. Ward Jr., 21, of 3903 Memorial Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Oct. 4 by Fairview Heights police. Ward allegedly, took merchandise from Famous Footwear, 5495 N. Illinois St., St. Clair County, being a pair of Nike tennis shoes, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft, Subsequent on Oct. 13, 2008.

Robert L. Murphy, 42, of 1201 Baker Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing on or about Oct. 4 by Cahokia police. Murphy allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a black 1999 Chevrolet IMpalla, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Jarrett Neff, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said 1999 Chevrolet Impala to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and than when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit; and stop signs located at the intersections of 19th and Central and 19th and Gay Streets.

James D. Mezo, 52, of 724 Lunch Road, Smithton, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked, subsequent on or about July 10 by Smithton police. Mezo allegedly, drove a motorcycle on Lunch Road in Smithton, at a time when the defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of Driving While License is Revoked on July 14, 2011.

James L. Cantrall, 32, of 8585 Maru Lane, New Athens, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Dec. 30, 2012 by Lenzburg police. Cantrall allegedly, in committing a battery, knowingly caused great bodily harm to Michael Turnure, in that he kicked him in the face with his foot; knowingly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he while acting together with David Henson and without authority of law, struck Michael Turnure about the face thereby inflicting injury to him.

David J. Henson, 33, of 406 S. Elizabeth St., New Athens, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and mob action on or about Dec. 30, 2012 by Lenzburg police. Henson allegedly, in committing a battery, and while Michael Turnure was at Babes Tavern, located at 81 N. Main St., Lenzburg, a public place, knowingly made physical contact with him, in that he struck him about the face with his hand; knowingly, be the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he while acting together with James Cantrell and without authority of law, struck Michael Turnure about the face thereby inflicting injury to him.

Dorian T. Johnson, 34, of 8 Lazercheff Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about Oct. 5 by Cahokia police. Johnson allegedly, made physical contact with Angelique Hill, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched her about her body; kicked her about her body. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Jan. 25, 2005.

Hannah R. Haywood, 27, of 3741 Kosciusko Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Oct. 5 by Fairview Heights police. Haywood allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Candace N. Burnett, 21, of 1800 Weiman Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Oct. 6 by Fairview Heights. Burnett allegedly took merchandise from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being sweatshirts and sweatpants, total retail value in excess of $300.

Fidel G. Rodriguez, 54, of 3628 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Aug. 29 by Fairview Heights police. Rodriguez allegedly, remained within a motor vehicle, a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 truck, of Kennedi Auto Sales, 10280 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Shawna M. Pacewic, 40, of 103B Woodhenge, Apt. S, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and obstructing identification on or about Oct. 5, by St. Clair County sheriff. Pacewic allegedly, had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; knowingly furnished a false name to Calvin Savage, a peace officer for the County of St. Clair Sheriff's Department, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Gregory M. Voegtle, 76 Regency Place, Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of driving while driver's license is revoked and aggravated driving under the influence on or about Oct. 6 by Millstadt police. Voegtle allegedly, who had been issued a Monitoring Device Driving Permit, drove a gold 2004 Chevrolet Blazer on West Mill Street in Millstadt, which was not equipped with an ignition interlock device at a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked; drove a gold 2004 Chevrolet Blazer on West Mill Street in Millstadt, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked for a violation.

Richard L. McKinney, 23, of 31 Richard Place, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about July 22 by Belleville police. McKinney allegedly, drove a 2002 Subaru Impreze on Illinois Route 13 in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant, at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the great bodily harm of Verna Hollins, and said violation was a proximate cause of the injuries to Vera Hollins.

James L. Quirin, 59, of Sauget, warrant arrested by Belleville police.

Christopher J. Bugg, 23, of Caseyville, warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Adam L. Coombs, 26, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment, operating uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Caseyville police.

Derrick L. Cooper, 38, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of forgery by Alorton police.

David C. Hodges, 27, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Chris S. Walling, 27, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Illinois State Police.

Charley L. Williams, 64, of Sparta, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Ronald D. Adams, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joseph L. Gary, 61, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christopher E. Ward, 21, of Belleville, theft over $300 by Fairview Heights police.

Jameka A. Thomas, 31, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Darius S. Floore, 33, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jennifer A. Crockett, 32, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, operating uninsured motor vehicle, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Gerard C. Brooks, 50, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bryant K. Lee, 45, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shay C. House, 42, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of reckless driving by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tamika T. Mason, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Ronnell M. Hunter, 20, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Jamie B. Birge, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Early Kidd, 39, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Earl D. Girdler, 66, of Mascotuah, arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency by Mascoutah police.

Adam V. Rose, 59, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of no registration, two counts of operating uninsured motor vehicle and no driver's license and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Timothy M. Creek, 31, of address unknown, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Krystal L. Bostic, 32, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and multiple warrant arrest by Illinois State police.
