Strip club lets idled federal workers in for free

News-DemocratOctober 10, 2013

The operators of a chain of adult nightclubs said they will offer free admission to workers furloughed because of the federal government shutdown.

Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, which operates 10 locations nationwide -- including one in Washington Park along Interstate 64 -- will let the idled government workers in for free in hopes of putting a smile on their faces.

"The Hustler Club understands the need for government workers to restore some normalcy to their lives and wants to do what they can to alleviate some hardship in these trying times," a company press release said.
