BELLEVILLE POLICE

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 9

8:36 a.m. Harassment, threats by phone -- 700 block of East Garfield. The victim reported the suspect has been sending him threatening text messages. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect.

2 p.m. Domestic battery -- 6000 block of West A Street. The victim reported his stepson/suspect allegedly battered him.

2:07 p.m. Retail theft -- Circa Boutique, 128 E. Main St. An employee reported merchandise was stolen from the business.

2:13 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of South High Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her back porch.

2:14 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 1300 block of Bel Aire. The victim reported the residence was entered and property was stolen.

2:45 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Loss prevention reported a white male stole merchandise from the business.

6:38 p.m. Theft -- 500 block of South Charles Street. The victim reported property was stolen from her residence.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 9

Darren K. Hall, 24, of 414 S. 20th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on or about Oct. 7 by Alorton police. Hall allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a green Pontiac, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Anthony Leflore, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said green Pontiac to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit.

Roderick A. Roberson Jr., 21, of 450 6th St., 7F, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of robbery and theft on or about June 13 by Fairview Heights police. Roberson allegedly, took property, being a black iPhone 4, from Kenneth Buecker, by threatening the imminent use of force; having a total value not exceeding $500.

Hattie M. Anderson, 52, of 6688 Chesapeake Drive, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent on or about July 13 by Fairview Heights police. Anderson allegedly, took property from Pamela Miller, being a black leather billfold, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft, subsequent on Jan. 8, 2009.

Marquis B. Orr, 22, of 2407 Frank Scott Parkway 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about Aug. 6 by Shiloh police. Orr allegedly, made physical contact with Ariana M. Mosley, a family/household member in that said defendant punched her through a window causing the glass to cut her face. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Feb. 3, 2011.

Mary E. Woods, 51, of 1205 Upper Cahokia B, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of forgery and criminal damage to government supported property on or about Oct. 7 by Cahokia police. Woods allegedly, delivered to Always Low Price Store, doing business as ALPS, a retail establishment, located at 800 Upper Cahokia, Cahokia, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, dated Oct. 4, payable to Marita Cavin in the amount of $1,106.13 and signed as drawer Terrance Mcrath and an illegible signature, knowing the document to have been thus made; knowingly damaged without the consent of the Village of Cahokia, the surveillance camera in Cell #1, located at the Cahokia Police Department, 103 Main St., Cahokia, which property is supported in part with Village of Cahokia, funds, said damage not in excess of $500.

Scottie D. Cross, 41, of 720 N. 87th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 8 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cross allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; knowingly delivered to Confidential Source less than 1 gram of a substance containing heroin.

Angela L. McDaniel, 26, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nicholas D. Marshall, 33, of Ferguson, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State police.

Deangelo Oliver, 23m if Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by East St. Louis police.

Jawan J. Ray, 25, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage to state supported property by East St. Louis police.

Nicholas Rickman, 51, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by East St. Louis police.

Shemeka L. Fair, 24, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mykila M. Kizer, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Jerry Thomas, 55, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

James M. Betts, 20, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Roderick A. Roberson, 21, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Terry L. Dye, 59, of Freeburg, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dorian T. Johnson, 34, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Cahokia police.

Robert L. Murphy, 42, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude police and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Candace N. Burnett, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Sylvester Nelson, 36, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, two traffic violations and warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Hannah R. Haywood, 27, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.

Willie J. Brewer, 29, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violations by Cahokia police.

Ivory L. Davis, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Jarod M. Branigan, 32, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Richard L. McKinney, 23, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lasha P. Garner, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent by St. Clair County sheriff.

Delas M. Carter, 23, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Pablo Calderon, 49, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of illegal transportation of alcohol and suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Daurcie K. Schoefield, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shaneice D. Stallings, 24, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marcus D. Hall, 43, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, operation motor vehicle with suspended license, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Lebanon police.

Jason M. Harrington, 37 of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Martez L. Isaiah, 22, of Centralia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

James C. Kerby, 45, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Keith A. Scharf, 48, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stacey S. Reeves, 42, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by East ST. Louis police.

Andrew M. Whitaker-Portz, 22, of Smithton, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Fairview Heights police.

Ocie Walton, 44, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, driving under the influence, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Fairview Heights police.

Jacob B. Beck-Kalert, 21, of Belleville, warrant arrest by New Baden police.

Adam J. Roll, 34, of Summerfield, warrant arrest by Shiloh police.

Russell J. Chesley, 32, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shannon M. Corley, 37, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of drug equipment by Belleville police.

Tara N. Sutton, 25, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Anthony Wilbourn, 39, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Staton S. O'Dell, 18, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of burglary by New Athens police.
