The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

St. Clair County Sheriff

Tuesday, Oct. 15

Marshonda S. Nicholson, 22, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Cedric J. Harmon, 31, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of cable TV theft and resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer.

Chonta L. Johnson, 34, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a lookalike controlled substance and a warrant.

John E. Hawkins, 66, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a probation violation.

James B. Webb, 20, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.

Talynn R. Jackson, 29, of Grand Rapids, Minn., was arrested in connection with a traffic accident.

Alissa D. Campbell, 23, of Ramsey, Minn., was arrested on a probation violation.

Galen H. Metts, 38, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.
