The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, OCT. 15

Michael L. Johnson, 21, 415 Ursula Drive, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on or about Oct. 14 by Lebanon police. Johnson allegedly drove a Mercury SUV on Highway 50 in Lebanon while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Denzell D. Grant, 19, Fort Hood, Texas, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on or about Oct. 13 by Swansea police. Grant, while armed with a firearm, a .380 semiautomatic handgun, allegedly knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from the presence of Rushdi Bedwan, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Jeffrey M. Harris, 28, 8403 Penn St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on or about Oct. 13 by Belleville police. Harris allegedly knowingly entered a motor vehicle, a black 1984 Ford Bronco of Dee Needham located at 8403 Penn Ave., Collinsville, with the intent to commit a theft. Harris also allegedly took property from Needham being a television and a laptop, having a total value not in excess of $500.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16

Larry E. Furlow, 45, 201 N. Third St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on or about Sept. 3 by Mascoutah police. Furlow allegedly knowingly and unlawfully had in his possession less than five grams of substance containing methamphetamine.

Andrew J. Kuehn, 25, 1139 Quail Point, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on or about Oct. 8 by Mascoutah police. Kuehn allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Mark Blunt, located at 1131 Hunter's Trail, Mascoutah, with the intent to commit therein a theft.

Jerry D. Pirtle, 23, 442 P.O. Box, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent, on or about Sept. 19 by East St. Louis police. Pirtle allegedly took possession of certain merchandise offered for sale at Schnucks at 2511 State St. in East St. Louis, being cans of Enfamil brand infant formula having a total retail value not in excess of $300. The defendant was previously convicted of retail theft on Nov. 23, 2010.

Joseph M. Baum IV, 24, 215 N. 45th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent, and battery on or about Oct. 15 by Freeburg police. Baum allegedly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Brandy J. Koenig, a family/household member, in that the defendant put his hand on the neck of Koenig. The defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on June 28, 2012. Baum also allegedly struck Lauren A. Rau in the head with his fist.

Louisha D. Nash, 28, 1202 Richard, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of failure to report as a violent offender annually and failure to report change of address between April 19 and Oct. 15. Nash, a violent offender against youth, allegedly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act, with the Cahokia police chief within one year of last registration and failed to notify law enforcement of her change of residence within five days.

David L. Hamilton III, 22, 7006 Ames Drive, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by felon on or about Oct. 17 by East St. Louis police. Hamilton, a person who has been convicted of a felony, allegedly possessed about his person a .25-caliber handgun.

Nicholas J. Haas, 22, 2423 E. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about Oct. 15. Haas allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 2,000 grams but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Sean D. Hulse, 21, 2423 E. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about Oct. 15. Haas allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 2,000 grams but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Austin D. Robertson, 21, 2423 E. Main St. Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about Oct. 15. Haas allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 2,000 grams but less than 5,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

David E. Shaw, 28, 1525 S. Seventh St. 3E, Springfield, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to renew address registration as a sex offender between Aug. 22, 2008, and Sept. 3, 2013, by Illinois State Police. Shaw, a sex offender, allegedly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act with the East St. Louis police chief within one year of last registration.

Sidney B. Carr, 24, 629 N. 71st, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of weapon, subsequent, on or about Oct. 15 by St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. Carr allegedly carried in a vehicle a .45-caliber gun. The defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of weapons on April 20, 2009.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 16

John A Riley, 49, of Collinsville, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Eathan T. Thomas, 23, of Shiloh, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the illegal transportation of alcohol and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Latrell J. Brown, 28, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Parys L. Murphy, 41, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land.

Ormond L. Mosley, 19, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Crystal L. Heard, 33, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Dontez G. White, 22, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Cherina A. Johnson, 27, of Lovejoy, was arrested on two warrants.

Ryan F. Martin, 36, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Sabrina L. Aligholi, 33, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment, driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a driver's license, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and violating the Illinois vehicle code.

Denzell D. Grant, 19, of Fort Hood, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery.

Gary D. Jones, 31, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Dominique T. Embery, 22, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

Kyle J. Surber, 26, of Sparta, was arrested on a warrant.

Kareem A. Burries, 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Jessica D. Wall, 24, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of retail theft and a probation violation.

David W. Benson, 35, of Granite City, was arrested on two probation violations and a warrant.

Danny Kelly, 27, of Caseyville, was arrested on a warrant.

Kenard M. Alverson, 37, of Shiloh, was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony A. Harrsion, 31, of Washington Park, was arrested on four warrants.

Triston J. Roberts, 25, of Centreville, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and a warrant.

Jevon M. Clark, 35, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.
