St. Clair County Sheriff's deputies are looking for two men facing home invasion and firearms charges.
Police are looking for Donies A. Thomas Jr., 22, of 837 Fort Henry, Belleville and Marcus M. Parker, 21, of 6 Kingsway Drive, Belleville.
A third person, Taj D. Taylor, of 17 Southern Drive, was charged with obstruction of justice and concealment of evidence. He is in St. Clair County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Thomas was charged by St. Clair County State's Attorney Brendan Kelly's office with home invasion/brandishing a firearm. Bail for him is set at $300,000.
Parker was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. His bail is set at $50,000.
The home invasion occurred on Southern Drive in unincorporated Belleville on Oct. 10.
The victims told police that they were sitting in their living room when a man wearing a mask and brandishing a gun entered through an unlocked front door, St. Clair County Sheriff's Sgt. George Mokriakow said.
"The suspect told everyone to lay on the floor," Mokriakow said. "The victims wrestled with the suspect and during the confrontation, gunshots were exchanged. The suspect was injured and fled from the scene."
The investigation by the Sheriff's Department, the Belleville Police Department and the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigator enabled officials to identify the suspects.
