BLUE STORM GIRLS -- The Blue Storm will hold basketball tryouts for girls in grades 4-7 Oct. 27 at the Family Sportsplex in Belleville. Tryout for grades 4-6 is 6-7:30 p.m.; tryout for grades 7-8 is 7:30-9 p.m. Fee: $10 per player. Email or, or call 277-7111.

FAMILY SPORTSPLEX EVENTS -- The Family Sportsplex in Belleville will host a Fall 3-on-3 Tournament for boys and girls in grades 8-12 Oct. 26. Fee: $100 per team with three-game guarantee with Oct. 20 deadline. The Sportsplex is offering a Skills and Drills basketball camp for boys and girls in grades 4-9 will run every Wednesday through Nov. 13; $10 per session. Basketball shooting lessons are being given by Mike Juenger every Wednesday through Nov. 20 for boys and girls in grades 5-12 and are $10 per lesson. KAHOK SHOOTOUT -- The second annual Collinsville Kahok Fall Shootout Basketball Tournament for boys in fourth, fifth and sixth grades is Nov. 8-9 at Collinsville High and, if necessary, Collinsville Elementary School. FAMILY SPORTSPLEX -- Indoor soccer has returned to the Family Sportsplex with infield turf with no boards. A Pee Wee Indoor program for boys and girls ages 4-5 will be held on Saturdays beginning Nov. 16; includes learning basics along with four instructional games. An Indoor League with no boards for boys and girls in grades 1-12 begins in mid-November with a 10-game session; application deadline is Oct. 31.
