BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, OCT. 18

8:03 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 34th Street. The victim reported tools were stolen from his truck.

8:08 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Granvue Drive. The victim reported his vehicle was damaged.

11:42 a.m. Burglary to storage area -- First block of Sherwood Forest. The victim reported property was stolen from the basement storage area.

5:47 p.m. Residential burglary -- 100 block of North 32nd Street. A subject was arrested and taken into custody.

6:36 p.m. Theft of mislaid property -- First block of Kingery Court. The victim reported property was stolen.

6:42 p.m. Retail theft -- O'Reilly Auto Parts, 1000 Carlyle Ave. An employee reported two men stole merchandise from the business.

SATURDAY, OCT. 19

4:16 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Arapaho Drive. The victim reported the suspect damaged a window in her residence. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for the damage.

12:50 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 4300 block of Short Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

6:41 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- First block of Gettysburg Road. The victim reported her 1999 Cadillac was stolen.

6:46 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. An asset protection employee reported observing two men and one woman steal merchandise.

11:49 p.m. Disturbance, damage to property -- 100 block of North 36th Street. The victim reported during a gathering at his residence the suspect damaged property.

SUNDAY, OCT. 20

6:33 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 7600 block of West Main Street. The victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered and property was stolen.

8:09 a.m. Domestic battery -- 900 block of North Church. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

3:24 p.m. Domestic battery -- 1400 block of Radiance. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

4:16 p.m. Retail theft -- Kmart, 7230 Westfield Plaza Drive. A juvenile was arrested and taken into custody.

MONDAY, OCT. 21

1:02 a.m. Attempted burglary to vehicle -- First block of North 96th Street. A witness reported he observed a suspicious man sneaking around a vehicle. The man fled the scene when he realized he was being watched.

2:21 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of North 96th Street. The victim reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and rummaged through.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, OCT. 25

Corey L. Hoffman, 38, of 3632 McCasland Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense and interference report domestic violence on or about Aug. 23 by East St. Louis Police. Hoffman allegedly caused bodily harm to Stella M. Williams, a family/household member, in that the said defendant struck her in the head with a bottle and prevented her from calling 911 Emergency Telephone System by taking her cellphone. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery/subsequent offense on July 18.

Aubrey Keller Jr., 31, of 47 Martell Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, unlawful possession of stolen vehicle, unlawful restraint and domestic battery on or about Oct. 24 by Fairview Heights police. Keller allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly strangled Amanda N. Brinson, a family/household member, in that said defendant applied pressure to the neck of Amanda N. Brinson and thereby impeded her breathing; a person not entitled to possession of the vehicle, possessed a red 2004 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle knowing it to have been stolen; knowingly and without legal authority detained Amanda N. Brinson inside the residence at 5 Tietje Drive, Fairview Heights, in that he grabbed her by the shirt preventing her from leaving the residence; knowingly made physical contact with the victim, a family/household member, in that he struck her with a shoe.

Marlo C. Saunders, 25, of 2904 Waverly Ave., Apt. 1107, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and theft on or about Oct. 23 by Swansea police. Saunders allegedly, damaged property of Paul Meyer, an air conditioning unit at the residence located at 1212 N. Second St., Swansea without Paul Meyer's consent, said damage in excess of $300; knowingly took property of Paul Meyer, being an air conditioning unit, total value in excess of $500.

Lavall C. Love III, 30, of 2536 Douglas Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or about Oct. 24 by East St. Louis police. Love allegedly, carried on his person a .380 semi-automatic handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business and said defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Chad A. Crank, 31, of Columbia, arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and multiple warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Latanya J. Beard, 23, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Cortez L. Gilmore, 33, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Wesley K. White, 20, of Centreville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Traviona L. Brown, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Tyshawn M. Gamble, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Parys L. Murphy, 41, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal trespass to land by East St. Louis police.

Alonzo C. Cotton, 21, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Steven A. Johnston, 54, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender by Belleville police.

Vaughn E. Couch, 32, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Eric J. Rice, 54, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Christina L. Wooten, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Fairview Heights police.

Jeremy J. Williams, 18, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Matthew A. Hurley, 26, of Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by St. Clair County sheriff.

Chris A. Soule, 44, of Lakeland, Fla., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael Hart, 40, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Swansea police.

Brett S. Bradford, 54, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer by St. Clair County sheriff.

Sharron S. Matkins, 34, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Douglas E. Christen, 35, of Swansea, warrant arrest by Dupo police.

Ronald D. Pearce, 46, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Illinois State Police.
