Trick-or-treaters may need umbrellas this Halloween

News-DemocratOctober 31, 2013

This Halloween should be a wet one with rain and thunderstorms likely most of the day.

Showers and thunderstorms are likely throughout Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

There remains a 60 percent chance of showers throughout the evening, so trick-or-treaters may need umbrellas.

Thursday's high will be 70 and the overnight low will dip to 43.

The weather looks mostly sunny Friday and through the weekend with highs in the mid-50s and lower 60s.
