The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, OCT. 28

Tyson R. Schmitt, 29, of 228 W. St. Louis St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of indecent solicitation/aggravated criminal sex abuse, solicitation to meet a child and exploitation on or about Oct. 24 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schmitt allegedly, with the intent that the offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse be committed, knowingly solicited a female child; with the intent to meet a female child, using a cellular telephone, solicits or arranges with the child to meet at a location without the knowledge of the child's parents for other than lawful purposes; exploited a female minor for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Larry D. Beard Jr., 18, of 321 Old Fullerton Road, Unit C, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery on or about Oct. 18 by Shiloh police. Beard allegedly, while armed with a dangerous weapon, a knife, knowingly took property, being a wallet and phone from Morrell Grant, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly took property, being a phone from Taramis Houston, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Zachary M. Jeremiah, 22, of 7672 St. Route 154, Lot 617, DuQuoin, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Oct. 25 by Fairview Heights police. Jeremiah allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Aleshia N. Davis, 25, of 7 W. Pheasantwood, Apt. F, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on or about Oct. 25 by Belleville police. Davis allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, Belleville, being various toiletries and speakers, total retail value in excess of $300.

Anita L. Lewis, 53, of 1030 Liberty, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about Oct. 25 by Cahokia police. Lewis allegedly, took merchandise from Walmart, Cahokia, being baby formula, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft.

Michael E. Bullion, 51, of 1207 Imogene St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of false impersonation of peace officer on or about Oct. 25 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bullion allegedly, falsely represented himself to be a peace officer, to wit a St. Clair County sheriff's deputy, to Lakeisha Mentria.

Oliver D. Dawson III, 27, of 356 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on or about Oct. 20 by East St. Louis police. Dawson allegedly, and by means of discharging a firearm caused an injury to Toya Miles in that said defendant shot Miles in the leg with a handgun; knowingly possessed on his person a handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of felony theft on July 14, 2008.

James Butler Jr., 41, of 322 Isabell, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery, subsequent offense on or about Oct. 27 by O'Fallon police. Butler allegedly, strangled Amber K. Cornish, a family/household member, in that said defendant placed his arm around her neck and applied pressure, thereby impeding the normal breathing of Cornish; made physical contact with Cornish, in that the defendant placed his hands around her neck. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on March 4.

Elysecia L. Temple, 26, of 407 Wind Rose Court, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence, obstructing identification and driving while driver's license is revoked on or about Oct. 27 by Swansea police. Temple allegedly, drove a white 2005 Hyundai on Frank Scott Parkway in Swansea, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked for a violation; knowingly furnished a false name to Andrew Hewitt, a peace officer, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

TUESDAY, OCT. 29

Horatio A. Sumrall, 48, of 1401 N. 54th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of theft on or about Oct. 24 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Sumrall took property of Greif Packaging LLC, being 360 steel drums, total value of approximately $16,000, under such circumstances as would reasonably induce said defendant to believe the property was stolen and with the intent to deprive Greif Packaging LLC use of the property.

Deaires D. Cox, 32, of 1 Hidden Valley Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery, subsequent on or about Oct. 27 by East St. Louis police. Cox allegedly, made physical contact with Rebecca A. Cox, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck her three times about the body with his fist. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Dec. 30, 2011.

Ronald D. Pearce, 46, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Illinois State Police.

Tina M. Armstrong, 30, of Collinsville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Sadie M. Burden, 51, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kevin D. Paine, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cortez T. Mason, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jordan M. Davis, 29, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Demarcus M. Simmons, 26, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by Belleville police.

Marcus J. Ware, 25, of Washington Park, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Norris Mays, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Michael L. Wilson, 29, of Alorton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Angela M. Bradley, 29, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mario M. Dowell, 42, of Alorton, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Tanya M. Day, 43, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Destiny D. Butler, 25, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Saron C. Murray, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing, or disarming a police officer by O'Fallon police.

Joshua A. Chavarra, 26, of Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by Fairview Heights police.

Lamont L. Carter, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Deon D. Rice, 40, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bianca K. Ball, 19, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Larry D. Beard, 18, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Shiloh police.

Patrick S. McGuire, 47, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by Fairview Heights police.

Joshua M. Johnson, 28, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Marlon L. Coleman, 38, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of predatory criminal sexual assault by East St. Louis police.

Gregory T. Williams, 26, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation and warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Elricko R. Mosley, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dorian C. Schooler, 33, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and driver and passenger seat belt violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Anthony J. Nesbitt, 43, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of forgery by St. Clair County sheriff.

Aubrey Keller, 31, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Fairview Heights police.

Byron K. Gates, 29, of El Cajon, Calif., arrested on suspicion of violation of orders of protection, probation violation and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mark B. Burnett, 24, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael E. Bullion, 51, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of false impersonation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Denise Washington, 55, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by East St. Louis police.

Rickyale G. Carter, 22, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by East St. Louis police.

Lavall C. Love, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Duran C. Watson, 24, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Alex A. Topal, 41, of Troy, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
