Prison meal costs don't add up

November 6, 2013

Only in the great debt-ridden state of Illinois can this be possible. Our incompetent lawmakers in Springfield decide to cut state prisoners' meals from three a day to two a day and it ends up costing more money. Seriously ... two meals a day are more expensive than three meals a day? Only in Illinois government can this type of math happen. Unbelievable.
