Lindenwood-Belleville wins its season finale

Lindenwood University-Belleville took advantage of three defensive touchdowns and 257 yards rushing to pave the way for a easy victory over Haskell University on Saturday in its season finale at Lindenwood Stadium in Belleville.

Althoff High School graduate Kameron Harris carried the ball 20 times for 138 yards and had touchdown runs of 3 yards and a yards for the Lynx, who finished the season 4-7.

Trey Parker (68 yards), Twan Brooks (24 yards) and T.J. Onsott all returned first-half interceptions for touchdowns. Onsott's 68-yard return put the Lynx up 35-7 at halftime.

LU-B quarterback Anthony Dorsey also threw a 13-yard TD pass to Evan McFadden in the second quarter.

Antuan Davis had a 23-yard touchdown run in the third quarter for the Lynx.

De'Marcus Terry capped the scoring with a 2-yard run.

The only score for Haskell (2-7) came on a 4-yard run by Quinton Newson, which made the score 21-7 during the second quarter.
