Grizzlies Baseball Academy to host hitting, pitching clinic

— Grizzlies Baseball Academy instructors Mike Breyman and Richard Barrett will be holding their Thanksgiving Break Hitting and Pitching Clinic at Grizzlies Baseball Academy.

The cost is $50 per player. The clinic will be held Nov. 29. The times are 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

This clinic is for players of ages 8 and over. The clinic will cover the fundamentals of hitting and pitching. The Pro Batter PX2 hitting simulator will also be utilized during the hitting portion of the clinic.

Each player will participate for two hours. Space is limited as groups will be limited to 15 players maximum per group, per session. There will be a maximum of three groups on the day of the clinic.

We will fill the first two time slots before we open up the last slot for registration.

Each player will receive two ticket vouchers to a 2014 Gateway Grizzlies game.

Players will be grouped according to age and overall participation and will be contacted in advance of the Thanksgiving Break Hitting and Pitching Clinic and informed of their assigned time of participation
