Concealed carry seminar is set in O'Fallon

A public seminar covering the Illinois concealed carry law will be Tuesday in O'Fallon.

Illinois State Reps. Dwight Kay and Charlie Meier will host the "What You Need to Know About Concealed Carry" seminar at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Katy Cavins Community Center. The Center is located at 308 E. Fifth St.

Attendees will learn about the qualifications to obtain a concealed carry license, where concealed carry is prohibited, training requirements, application fees and implementation timelines.
