Domnick

David L. and Barbara A. (née Jenkins) Domnick of Fort Myers, Florida, celebrated their 55th Wedding Anniversary on November 29, 2013. They plan on celebrating in Italy in the Spring of 2014.

They were married during a candlelit ceremony in Collinsville, Illinois, on November 29th, 1958, at St. John’s Evangelical Church with the Rev. C. Kulmann officiating. Mrs. Domnick’s Matron of Honor, Nan (née Lundack) and groomsmen, Dan (Chief Kahok) Krietemeyer, of Collinsville, Illinois, have also celebrated their own 55th Wedding Anniversary in August of this year. Mrs. Domnick also served as Mrs. Krietemeyer’s Maid of Honor while Mr. Domnick served as a groomsmen for Dan Krietemeyer.

Mrs. Domnick is the daughter of the late David H. Jenkins and the late Henrietta (née Ohlendorf) Jenkins-Grodzicki. Mr. Domnick is the son of the late Carl P. Domnick and the late Edna Marie (née Brower) Domnick-Roustio.

They have three daughters & sons-in-law, Michelle & J.D. Sudeth of Springfield, Illinois, Shereé & Mark Brodland, of St. Charles, Missouri, and Denise & Larry D. Molohon, Jr., of Indianapolis, Indiana, and one son, David Jason Domnick, who passed in 1977. They have also been blessed with ten grandchildren, Jason, Jayme & Jenna Sudeth, Luke, Shelby, Ashlee & Grace Brodland, and Michael, Sean & David Molohon.

Mr. Domnick is a retired General Manager and Executive from Prudential in the insurance and financial services industry. They enjoy golfing, traveling in their motor home, spending time with their family and friends, and attending social and community functions.
