Collinsville police seek missing man

The Collinsville Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing 22-year-old man.

Joseph Hartsoe has been missing since Nov. 25. He was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on that day in Collinsville, wearing a gray T-shirt, dark blue jacket and dark gray coat.

Hartsoe has a history of substance abuse and police consider him an endangered missing person.

Anyone with any information about Hartsoe and where he might be is asked to call Collinsville Police Detective Mark Kuechle at 344-2131, ext. 5138. Information can also be provided anonymously by calling 301-4444.
