Cold, snow flurries expected Monday

The temperature will stall at about 25 degrees Monday in the metro-east under mostly cloudy skies.

There is a 40 percent chance of snow flurries Monday evening with little or no accumulation expected, according to the National Weather Service. The low overnight is expected to drop to 15.

Sunny skies are expected Tuesday and Wednesday. But that doesn't mean it will be much warmer.

The high Tuesday is expected to be 32 with a low of 14 overnight. On Wednesday the high is predicted to be 31. Wednesday night into Thursday morning the low will fall to 9.
