ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, DEC. 6

Kevin C. Eubanks, 50, of 6311 Whalen St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Sept. 22 by East St. Louis police.

Bret A. Grayling, 481 W. 1st St., P.O. Box 536, Beckemeyer, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol on or about Aug. 30 by Illinois State Police.

Charles L. Phillips, 56, 5743 Memory Lane, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery and domestic battery on or about Dec. 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Phillips allegedly, in committing a domestic battery, knowingly caused bodily harm to Michael L. Phillips, a family/household member, in that said defendant stabbed Michael L. Phillips in the neck with a pair of scissors; in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a pair of scissors, knowingly caused bodily harm to Michael L. Phillips, in that he stabbed him in the neck with the scissors; knowingly made physical contact with Michael L. Phillips, a family/household member, in said defendant stabbed MIchael L. Phillips in the neck with a pair of scissors. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on Jan. 23, 2003.

Donald W. Jackson, 55, of 4919 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and failure to register as a sex offender on or about Nov. 18 by Belleville police. Jackson allegedly, and without authority, knowingly entered a building, the Lindenwood University Housing of Lindenwood University, being a school located at 2120 W. Main St. in Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly failued to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Chief of Police of the City of Belleville, within 3 days of establishing a residence within that city.

TUESDAY, DEC. 10

Morris E. Macke, 46, of 210 Elizabeth Ave., East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and drivering on a revoked license, subsequent on or about Dec. 7 by Dupo police. Macke allegedly, drove a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup truck, along and upon the 500 block of Falling Springs Road, Dupo, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

Howard J. Johnson, 56, of 300 S. 5th St., 623, Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of false personation of a peace officer and driving under the influence of alcohol on or about Dec. 7 by Caseyville police. Johnson allegedly, falsely represented himself to be a member of a public safety personnel organization, the Brooklyn Police Department, while being arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by the Caseyville Police Department; drove a 1999 black Ford pickup truck, along and upon Illinois Route 157 in Caseyville, while the defendant's blood or breath was .08 or greater based on the definition of blood and breath units.

Robert Darflinger, 36, of 630 Masselin AVe., 134, Los Angeles, Calif., arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer and two counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, causing injury on or about Dec. 7 by Washington Park police. Darlinger allegedly, made physical contact with Off. James Boyd, Washington Park Police Department, in that the defendant grabbed the hand/wrist of Off. Boyd, and the defendant knew Off. Boyd to be a peace officer engaged in performing his official duties at the time of the battery; made physical contact with Off. Dean Anderson, Washington Park Police Department, in that the defendant punched Off. Anderson in the chest with his fist, knowing Off. Anderson to be a peace officer engaged in performing his official duties at the time of the battery; knowingly resisted or obstructed the performance of Off. Boyd, Washington Park Police Department, of an authorized act within Off. Boyd's official capacity, being the arrest, processing, and/or booking of the defendant, in the defendant grabbed the hand/wrist of Off. Boyd, causing injury to Off. Boyd's thumb; knowingly resisted or obstructed theperformance of Off. Dean Anderson, Washington Park Police Department, of an authorized act within his official capacity, the arrest, booking and/or processing of the defendant, int he he punched Off. Anderson in the chest with his fist.

Christopher C. Vanbibber, 29, of 981 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent, on or about Dec. 7 by Fairview Heights police. Vanbibber allegedly, took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 2435 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being one Stetson hat, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft on April 6, 2012.

Trevonta D. Nicholson, 20, of 1150 Smith St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent, on or about Nov. 13 by O'Fallon police. Nicholson allegedly, took property from Lake Pointe Dental Group, being checks and U.S. currency, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of Burglary on Aug. 2, 2012.

Barry J. Hanselman, 51, of 619 Zschokke St., Highland, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and driving under the influence of alcohol on or about Dec. 8 by Sauget police. Hanselman allegedly, made phyusical contact with Scott Hedgpeth, in that the said defendant spat in Scott Hedgepeth's face knowing Hedgpeth to be a peace officer engaged int he performance of his official duties; drove a 1998 Volkswagon on Mississsippi Avenue in Sauget, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Ray Wolfe, 45, of 301 Pelican Drive, 4, Elkton, S.D. arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on or about Dec. 10 by Illinois State Police. Wolfe allegedly, in committing a battery, made physical contact with Cheryl Quinn, in that said defendant pushed Cheryl Quinn's head against a window of the bus as she was driving the bus knowing Cheryl Quinn to be a transit employee, a bus driver for Greyhound Bus Services, engaged in the performance of her authorized duties.

Kevin G. Harrison, 39, of 210 Carson Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on or about Dec. 9 by Belleville police. Harrison allegedly, took merchandise from Shop N Save, 4201 N. Belt West, Belleville, being one bottle of vodka, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on June 22, 2006.

JC Jones Jr., 46, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic violation by Belleville police.
