ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, DEC. 12

Brian T. Murray, 44, of 768 Leon of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on or about Dec. 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Murray allegedly, had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine and heroin.

Tiama L. Phipps, 20, of 805 S. 42nd St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint, two counts of domestic battery, knowingly damaged property and resisting a peace officer on or about Dec. 9 by Centreville police. Phipps allegedly, detained Latanya L. Young, in that said defendant would not allow her to leave 805 S. 42nd St., in Centreville and pulled her hair when she tried to leave; knowingly made physical contact with Latanya L. Young, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck her in the mouth with his closed fist and scratched her neck; knowingly damaged property of Marvin Thomas, a door in the building located at 805 S. 42nd St., Centreville, without Marvin Thomas' consent, said damage not in excess of $300; and knowingly resisted the performance of DeMarius Thomas, of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of said defendant, knowing DeMarius Thomas to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that said defendant fled on foot after being ordered to surrender.

Jeremiah I. Dodd, 23, of 1448 N. 46th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on or about Oct. 18 by Fairview Heights police. Dodd allegedly, possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Daniel J. Horney, 53, of 1 Coral Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked on or about Dec. 9 by Belleville police. Horney allegedly, drive a tan 2002 Hyundai Sonata on Carlyle Ave. in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Deiontez L. Perry, 24, of 1235 McCasland B Ave., 22C, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and violating an order of protection on or about Dec. 9 by East St. Louis police. Perry allegedly, damaged property of Ernest McIntyre, a window and the car body of a red 2009 Toyota Camry, located at 1200 Market Ave., East St. Louis, without McIntyre's consent, said damage in excess of $300; having been served with the contents of an order of protection, did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant came within 500 feet of Quateisha Gage, a protected party.

Lucas G. Buckley, 40, of 701 N. Cherry St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent, on or about Oct. 30 by O'Fallon police. Buckley allegedly, took merchandise from Circle-K, 320 W. State St., O'Fallon, being a bottle of Crown Royal liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. The defendant had been previously convicted of Retail Theft, subsequent on Feb. 25, 2005.

Jamell A. Quawrells, 23, of 3630 Brady Ave., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on or abbot Dec. 10 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Quawrells allegedly, a person who was the driver of a silver 2000 Chrysler Voyager van and who was not entitled tot he possession of that vehicle and who knew that the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer who had signaled said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop.

Daryan J. Bruce, 18, of 1141 Goelz Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of mob action on or about Dec. 9 by East St. Louis police. Bruce allegedly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck, pushed and swung at James Smith, Kendall Poe, Raekwon Griffin and Trayvon Stevenson, while at the East St. Louis Senior High School.

Shamond M. Howard, 17, of 1391 N. 27th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of mob action on or about Dec. 9 by East St. Louis police. Howard allegedly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck, pushed and swung at James Smith, Kendall Poe, Raekwon Griffin and Trayvon Stevenson, while at the East St. Louis Senior High School.

Terrian T. Jones, 17, of 8 Pearl Court, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of mob action on or about Dec. 9 by East St. Louis police. Jones allegedly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck, pushed and swung at James Smith, Kendall Poe, Raekwon Griffin and Trayvon Stevenson while at the East St. Louis Senior High School.

Tyrone E. Riley, 17, of 3800 Lincoln, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of mob action on or about Dec. 9 by East St. Louis police. Riley allegedly, by the use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he struck, pushed and swung at James Smith, Kendall Poe, Raekwon Griffin and Trayvon Stevenson while at the East St. Louis Senior High School.

Juannell P. Oakley, 21, of 201 Lee Drive, Apt. D, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of burglary on or about Dec. 9 by Swansea police. Oakley allegedly, committed the offense of burglary, entered a building of the Bank of Edwardsville, located at 3685 Sullivan Drive, Swansea, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Jeremy D. Mosby, 21, of 919 Iowa St., Madison, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on or about Dec. 11 by Brooklyn police. Mosby allegedly, a person currently on parole, knowingly possessed in a vehicle a 9mm handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary on Feb. 14, 2012.
