Back to a winter wonderland in Lebanon

December 19, 2013

The dancing lights are bigger and better than ever at Winter Wonderland of Lights in Lebanon. I wrote last year about taking a cute little 6-year-old to drive through this display. Well, now he's a pretty grown up 7-year-old, but he was excited to see it again.

As we drove through, he spotted all his favorite scenes and even noticed if something had been moved or a new piece had been added. We parked and tuned our car radio to the music frequency and watched the lights for 15 minutes. It was like visiting an old friend you hand finding he hadn't changed much at all.

Winter Wonderland is about a mile north of downtown Lebanon. Take Illinois 4 and watch for the sign to turn into the residential neighborhood to find Horner Park.
